NEVER AGAIN I RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR

That it had free parking that's it !

The room was horrible, it was still being renovated! Holes in the walls, half painted everywhere, shower was horrible ! The front door barely closed it felt like anyone could just push it open ! Bed was so uncomfortable I rather sleep in my car! It was the worse 2 days ever !

Save yourself and go to the Motel 6 across the street!

The Maintenance man was the only star of the show!

Horrible Rude Staff Room was dirty and moldy Smelled of old cigarettes Bed was dirty Sheets had holes Hot tub was disgusting Roaches everywhere (3 seen) Curtain was broken so you could view in room. Had to wait hours for the maintenance man and taped our own curtains to the wall I wish I could have gotten my money back. It was beyond disappointing

I booked your motel on 15Jul 2023. at Bel Ir Motor Lodge. But the room was full of cockroaches. The bed . The table washroom, Cabinet…… I asked Sam to do the refund for me, He gave me the spray, I refused, he told me I have to email you and the third part of website.it is a horrible night . It is a skin rash all over just after I stay a few minutes,I am on medication now, I don’t want to give you too much trouble, I just asked for the refund and will notify the website. The attachment is the cockroaches and the rash. Please let me know. Thank you so much! Yurao Huang

Filthy nasty dump

Absolutely filthy deplorable room, real dump. Asked for non smoking there was 2 dirty ashtrays in the room it smelled like cigarettes and there were burnholes in the sheets and pillowcases :( Splattered with what walls..nasty shower Atrocious!!! Dirty nasty check in area trash all over..just horrendous!! And still waiting for my deposit refund to go thru, they charged me twice!!!! Better be back in my account asap!!!!

Location is good, friendly staff, heating works well. I can't say anything good other than what I've already written.

It doesn't look like this hotel is located in the USA. This hotel has not been renovated for many years. Paint on walls and doors peeled off. It's not comfortable even just to be in the room. The air in the room is very smoky despite the fact that the room is considered non-smoking. The sheet is old with stains and burnt holes from cigarettes. No second sheet, no duvet or duvet cover. During sleep, you can only cover your body with an old bedspread that covers the bed, it is also old and burnt by cigarettes. We set the temperature in the room a little higher and slept dressed because there was nothing to cover ourselves with. I am very surprised that Booking has a business with this hotel. Terrible, never come here.
