Will NOT be staying here again. Worst customer service that I have seen in a long time.

I have stayed at this property many times but this was the worse. No sense in extra charges on my credit card for stuff that I did t even us and were supposed to have been covered.

Front desk was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help when I called and when we were there. Charges should be more clear for staying guest. All the hidden fees are ridiculous.

I like that I was able to get a room on the first floor.

My girlfriend was disappointed that there was no hair dryer in the room.

Grossly overpaid for what we got. Would never stay again.

Hot Breakfast and location.

pool was dirty, rooms were dirty and run down, construction material everywhere, water break during our stay, doors were constantly propped open.

Very disappointed for the price I paid

Hole in bathroom ceiling leaking water they had a trash can under it catching water vent was hanging by the wires it was supposed to have a couch in room but didn’t they moved us to different room the next morning it was better

Basic clean safe place to stay near the airport.

Free parking and shuttle service to and from the airport.

The young man working the front desk when we arrived was unprofessional and rude.

Van service stopped at 11:00pm. $25 Uber to get to the hotel. I departed the hotel at 1:00pm a few days later….No Van Service! Service is 4am to 11am, 4pm to 11pm. Unsatisfactory!

Superb

Very clean, nice staff, great location, free shuttle to the airport, airport parking on site, great breakfast buffet. Had a little hiccup with our first room, but they staff quickly moved us to another room.

pretty expensive for what it is, unreliable airport shuttle and broken door latch/lock

Lobby area was clean and welcoming, location was in close proximity to the airport.

my room on the first floor didn’t latch/lock. after several attempts to lock it before leaving for a conference all day I put the DND sign on, slammed shut, and pushed hard to make sure it was secure before leaving. when I came back, it pushed right open. very unsettling and not sure why it would have opened unless someone had been in my room. when I arrived late on Friday night to the airport, I called to ensure the shuttle was still running (it was) while making my way to the pick-up spot. I can waited for 30 min before getting a call telling me “sorry, we had no idea, but the shuttle driver turned in early tonight. you’ll have to Uber” it was an inconvenience but stuff happens. however I would have hoped for a better resolution than giving me my water and bag of chips for free when I finally did arrive and check-in.

We expected to give up some amenities paying a lower rate, but never cleanliness.

Staff was friendly and personable and helpful.

Texture was falling off the ceiling, room smelt musty upon our arrival, the back of the bathroom door was filthy, floors needed vacuumed and moped.

Don't expect to have breakfast at this location

We liked the closeness to the Belmont University.

We were told that breakfast would be served from 6 to 9 a.m. Surprise ! Surprise ! When we got down to the breakfast area at 6.45 and there was no breakfast ready. And it happened both mornings we were there.

The room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

There needs to be some cosmetic repairs around the building. I did have a difficult time adjusting the temperature in the room.

Good location

. The entrance light was out. The room had a distrating flashing light at the room entrance. There is mold looking spots on the ceiling. The restaurant/bar area was not opened and there is no place close to get food or drinks.
