It was a cheap bed to stay in

The pool was open. The staff was nice.

The room didn’t get cleaned the entire stay. We had to keep asking for towels. The hot tub water was colder than the pool water and the hot tub jets didn’t work. The breakfast was just sugar in a bowl and the coffee tasted like water and there was no decaf.

The staffing wasn't cooperative when requesting room services.

Nothing good

When stating contental breakfast that was very poor and the area was not taken care,the flooring though out the building was not clean,the doors wouldn't close unless you pushed or pulled really hard. Asking too have the room cleaned they would ignore listing to you. When we arrived the outside by the entrance had a strong odor of urine. Plus the swimming pool was closed the whole time while we were there for the stay with no reason why it was closed.

Photos give a false look at what rooms are really like

Toilet was broke and pool room was hotter than it was outside and couldn’t even be used. Sheets were nasty and bed were uncomfortable.

Go somewhere else

The location

The hotel was run down a little. The room was a little musty. The bathroom wasn't clean. It was definitely not worth the money! I won't stay here again! I was very disappointed!

Easy check-in friendly staff :)

I liked the indoor pool facilities for the kids, soda machine, and breakfast offered. The gal up front who checked us in was super nice and welcoming.

I didn't like that you don't provide a pack and play or crib for your guests who are traveling with young children. You would only need to buy 2 or so. When people are traveling thousands of miles by plane, that is not something extra they want to take with them. Speaking for my family, we already had 7 checked bags plus carry ons, a stroller, and a carseat. The bathroom door did not close all the way or lock. The door had a huge crack in it, and chunk kicked out of the bottom. If you were able to charge someone for the damage, maybe replace it. Made me wonder what happened in that room.

Great Place, Great Customer Service

The Spa and Inside Pool is Open and available and the Front Desk Clerk is very Nice and Respectful. I Enjoyed My Stay :)

for the price, it was ok. loved the staff.

the staff was super nice. every staff member I saw and spoke to, they were all friendly.

no coffee pot in room. two people stayed in room all it had in it was one tiny bar of soap and one shampoo. no conditioner.

This was a very nice experience for a grandma and grandson to sleep well before a long flight to Alaska.

the beds were comfortable and it was clean. our stay was very short so we couldn’t really explore the amenities.

my mom went down for coffee and to see if any juice was out yet but there wasn’t any juice. It was early for not to be out though, however, the desk attendant was sitting at a table with his head down asleep. A guest came in to check in and woke him up. Other than that things were quite nice for them.

Brilliant stay!

Great location, comfy bed and friendly staff! Very reasonable in price for the location and standard. I didn’t have time to use the pool unfortunately but it was a great size! There was also coffee and snacks for breakfast on display too.

Dirty/ uncomfortable

Staff that checked us into our room was very friendly. Had great customer service. The price for the hotel was reasonable

The room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom. There was evidence of other people that stayed there ie hair in the bathtub. Stains on the towels also killed three large bugs throughout the stay. If We weren't so tired and need of a place to stay. I would have left definitely the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in

Overall it was good, fun, and relaxing stay.

It has a indoor pool and hot tub .

Room service didn’t clean every morning. We had to keep asking for toilet paper and fresh towels.

Pleasant

Staff was friendly and helpful. I deactivated my key multiple times and they were happy to fix it every time. The location was great. It's convenient to jump on and off the interstate with ease and close to the airport

There's a slight musky smell. I sprayed air freshener and it was fine for 1 night. The breakfast was very very minimal. You had Cheerio and corn flake type cereal options but there was no milk... or spoons, despite the girl at the front desk searching diligently for them. Your only other option was oranges, yogurt or a couple of granola bars. We went to Waffle House which is less than a mile away. It's a cheaper option hotel and to sum it up "you get what you pay for" with this one. It was ok for a one night stay to save a little cash.
