Staff was beyond exceptional.

I liked that the property is beachfront and all rooms you can see the ocean.

The balcony only had one plastic chair and one plastic table and they both about break when you sit in them cause they are so worn out. The fridge wouldn’t open completely because it’s to close to the wall and we even tried pulling it over some. Didn’t help. The couch had a pull out bed and we couldn’t even use it because the legs on the metal frame were broke and the mattress for the couch was missing. Along with no extra linen even if we wanted to use it. The beds are very uncomfortable. They are full size and would def make a huge difference if they were atleast queen size even just for 2 adults full size is rough for a full week to sleep on. Elevators were broke numerous times which made us feel very uneasy about using them. Parking was crazy because they have the parking garage closed off so you basically have to park across the street or in front of the motel and then you can’t get out because of the traffic. The pool was never cleaned one time the entire 5 days we were there. It was covered in sand on the bottom and the top had stuff floating everywhere.

Great location on the beach. Filthy floors!

The convenient access to the beach was the best. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

The floors in the room are filthy! Housekeeping does not use mops. They use a dirty hand towel and push it around with a broom. The kitchenette had no cookware, no forks to eat with, no blender, no cooking utensils or knives. The toilet in my room was not even connected to the floor! We had to call maintenance first thing. May I re mention they don't mop the floors.... Every morning you are awakened to the sound of booming doors closing all around you.

Must stay at this hotel was fair.

Location was nice, the staff was friendly, the location.

The hotel needs renovated. Mattresses are not comfortable. Decor is not inviting.

Could have been better

Location

Baseboards were filthy. I’m pretty sure I washed/peeled a booger off the wall. Pillows smelled like bed head. Living room area was not inviting. Pool loungers were stained. Trash was not picked up going out to the beach. It was a place to lay my head and use the bathroom facility, but it was not an outstanding experience. Hopefully improvements will be made. The staff were friendly.

A cheap 5 days but never again!

The beach

Dated, old furniture, broken lights and telephone, beat up toilet and fixtures, rusted door frames etc etc I requested a working phone in case of emergency on the first day (of five) and the guy tried to make it work , left and never returned.

the pool was disgusting the property filthy and exterior grounds were trashed the showers from the beach didn’t work the pool had cigarettes and cigars with various debris floating in it significant amounts and present even on the day we left after a 6 day stay. I made multiple attempts to report to the manager and front desk staff but no resolution

Stressful stay for what was supposed to be a relaxing couple of days with family!

Location! On the beach and close to all the fun parts of Panama (shopping, amusement parks etc) you

TV’s did not work my entire stay and no type of compensation was even attempted to be made for it! The toilets clogged SEVERAL times in my room and my family’s room who traveled with us! I had to call the front desk several times to get assistance! Not sure why we were charged a resort fee because there were no amenities! The ice machine is only on ONE floor! The parking was horrible! We had to park next door and walk with all of our luggage to the hotel! It was all very stressful when all I wanted to do is RELAX for a couple of days with family for spring break! I’m

I loved i and my kids enjoyed it but the rooms were a no go for me.

No thanks to returning

It took forever to check in ..there was no breakfast daily as stated...the price changed even when I called to ask if there were any extra fees...no toilet paper in the room and the one roll I got from the front desk wasn't wrapped and new...gross...

Very spacious, great location, perfect for family stays.

Great location, walking distance to great restaurants. Big roomy room. Only con about the room would be the bed for me. Was hard and could not get comfortable to sleep.

The elevators were on the fritz a bit. But I only had to walk the stairs once (10th floor 😭)

Disappointed

Ocean View Lavern Taylor made sure things were made right.

They couldn’t facilitate my family. We cut our trip short due to no towels or wash clothes. Asking several times by messages & directly at front desk we received none. Also the beds are NOT big enough for two adults. Please be sure you get queen or king size.

We had trails of small aka piss ants that stayed on the top of the headboard of our bed. We would constantly wake up in the middle of the night and they were crawling on us. Very frustrating however the next thing we experienced was 4 of the 6 nights we were there when the lights had been off and I’d get up to get a drink from the fridge and turn on the lights I was literally killing roaches with my shoe. We just got home today and our luggage is still sitting in the bed of the truck because I have never had bugs or roaches and I refuse to bring our bags into our home until I go through every single piece of clothing because I will be livid if I find a roaches in our home. We don’t live nasty and I refuse to bring this in my home. Every single piece of clothing will get washed even if it didn’t get worn. It will go from the bed of the truck straight to the washer. That was very frustrating and disgusting as well as the fact we could not sleep without ants crawling on us. We were so embarrassed that we didn’t tell the staff in the moment because what was going to really happen anyway.

The location of this hotel was probably the best thing about it.

We were there for 5 days, not once did we have any type of room service. If we wanted something we had to ask multiple times at the front desk, even speaking to the manager on duty did not help. There was mold growing in our room. The pool was nasty, peanut shells, trash accumulated on the steps. The equipment in the work room was not operable. The staff was less than friendly. Never again will I stay at this location and possibly other locations due to this visit and the care of the facility.

Worth It !

The view alone was worth it. Front desk Staff was friendly , room was clean and smelled nice , beds were are full size not queen which is smaller than what we are used too but they were comfy so we didnt mind. Restaurant next door was great , and there is plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Parking was annoying , we got lucky and got a spot out front upon arrival but had to park across the street once we left the hotel , it's a short distance so not horrible just a little inconvenient. Housekeeping and maintenance staff could use some customer service training only one out of several spoke and the others responded with a blank stare when I would say hello, one gentleman brought his Cart on the elevator forcing us to back into the corner of the elevator and looked at me like I had lost my mind when I said good morning. I understand not all people are nice and they have a hard job but when a guest speaks the least they can do is respond.

Overall, my family and I had a great time!

It was clean and had an island aesthetic.

I did like the low light at the bottom level entrance to pool and beach. It felt creepy and unsafe because the lighting was very dark and yellowish. I had issues with the elevator code(my fault) to which the elevator kept taking me to the bottom level. When the doors opened, I became immediately anxious because the lighting was cold and it felt isolated dark and quiet. It gave me scary movie vibes😱. That space need to be brightened up and inviting. Also, the parking was horrible. You should have enough space exclusively for your guests to park rather have them park at other properties.

Location was great. Never a wait on elevators. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the kitchenette.

The floors were terribly dirty. Some I understand due to sand from being beachfront, but I'm talking our feet were black after walking on them. Would have been great to equip the rooms with a broom and I would have gladly swept. Pool and hot tub could use some updating, but served their purpose. Still waiting on my 50 deposit for incidentals to be refunded to my card.

The young lady @ the front desk was very pleasant. When I called down to the front desk the staff was responsive.

I had to call down to the front office to get service for my room. When the lady came she told me to grab all the towels & trash. While I did that she was on her phone.
