Wonderful stay.

nicely decorated, comfortable bed, good food/bar options, spacious lobby, good location

We only had two towels and there was four of us. Went to get more and they didn't have any. There were things on the floor in the hallway, looks like it needed to be vacuumed.

I needed a place to relax for a weekend getaway, and DoubleTree Hotel was my to go place.

The chef at the hotel restaurant is amazing. Our steak was so delicious; we didn't need any steak sauce. I enjoyed my stay as always. The hotel was in driving distance from my favorite spa, and shopping centers.

I have no complaints. I enjoyed my stay, and the hospitality.

Great for the price

From check-in to check out, the service was phenomenal. I received text just to make sure the room was what I expected. After check out, my daughter realized she left her uniform in the closet, CARMAINE didn't hesitate to help out to make sure we were able to get into the room and retrieve our belongings. Will stay here again...

painfully inept

Shower door had been taken down and a flimsy cloth shower curtain installed that leaked water all over bathroom floor forming a lake each time we showered. Shower floor had been removed and I had to shower on very slick shower floor. It was as slippery as glass. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. Even with all lights on, it was dim. Mattress was so soft that it felt as if no mattress was present. I shall not be back.

I liked the view and also how clean and quiet it was. This is my new go to hotel. The staff was Excellent.

The walk from the parking lot lol but that wouldn't stop me from coming back.
