Paid for hilton service and qaulity recievd motel 6 service and qaulity

The breakfast was ok, the server was the best part of our trip. Her name was Patricia,she was very kind apologetic and tried to make sure our meal was satisfying.

Showed up to the resort and was greeted by the desk lady with the question have you paid your parking fee, i replied no i havent even checked in yet she replied ok well you need to She then checked me into my room. Upon getting to my room i noticed hair under the covers and dried blood on the pillow the bathroom was also dirty. I asked for replacement bedding when i was brought new bedding only received half and had to wait another 30 min for 2 pillow cases and a sheet. Was told they could replace the pillow case but not the pillow. Trying to still have a good night i went to get ice only to find mold on some ice after i made a drink when calling the front desk was told dont use it then. Decided to just call it a night and when i woke up in the morning noticed alot of floating debris in my cup from ice melting

Not happy with SO many issues!

Location was good. Facility was clean. People were nice and friendly. 6 elevators meant you never had to wait for on.

When you pay THIS much for a room at a Hilton, you expect more! Fridge in room did not work! Couldn't keep drinks or food cold - Pool was out of order! Construction outside at 7am! Breakfast was $20 each! $45 A NIGHT! to park! You had to sign up to Hilton Rewards to get WiFi! So online when you are looking, you see: Parking, Breakfast, WiFi, Pool, Fridge - never do they say it will all cost you an arm and leg! Not to mention fridge in room didn't work! They should have also said that there was construction outside at 7am and all day! Website should have also warned that the pool was not available!!!

Alll in all, my wife and I enjoyed our visit!

Being on a fixed income, we weren't able to afford breakfast but we absolutely enjoyed our time,and stay at this fine hotel!!! Outstanding!!!

Maybe a discount for Veterans would be nice!All in all

Great location, everything is walking distance.

I wish the rooms were a little more cleaner pool stinks very bad ! Parking is very expensive!!!

Overall the stay was comfortable and convenient.

Hot tub and pool was nice, clean, and perfect temps!

Misleading statement regarding breakfast is included. Upon arrival at check in I was informed breakfast was a buffet at $19 a person daily. This is always a major key in my choice of a hotel stay to control cost and leaving my room for an extra meal.Parking is $45 a day as well on site for self parking.

90 dollars for parking when we were staying at your hotel for 48 hours is ridiculous. I thought it was free parking by what I seen on booking.com. It should be cheaper if we are staying at your hotel.

Good overall, the hotel met out needs.

I had a mystery hold of 191.52 for the duration of my stay. I used another card to hold incidentals, and nobody at the hotel could figure out why/what this charge was. It eventually dropped off, but still... that's alot of money for something that nobody knows what/why it is.

Nashville was a great vacation but I will probably choose a different hotel next time around.

The property was decent. Nothing to go “wow” but it looked nicely maintained.

The jr. suite I booked was not available upon arrival. Apparently, the bathroom had an issue. Emme, the front desk gal was very nice in explaining situation and switching to a smaller room and comping breakfast. She was great, but….. The room was basic at best , and what I would consider a continental breakfast, was terrible.

All in all we were very pleased with the hotel cleanliness and the staff was always great!

The room was very clean except for a few hairs in the shower from previous guests. The Breakfast was great. Maybe a little pricey but very delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The valet attendants were helpful, friendly and efficient in getting the car to the door for us.

The main thing that I didn't like was that after paying for the hotel room upfront, once we got there I was informed of a $50 per night deposit (which added up to be $150 on top of hotel) but when I check out I was only going to receive around $30 back. Wasn't sure why this was. Also I don't recall being informed that this hotel is valet only and it is $40 per day. I wouldn't mind these fees if I had been told upfront.

An old dated hotel trying to keep up with the newer completion .

Restarunt and bar were underwhelming in decor and comfort . Valet parking attendants can't drive a manual transmission car had to self park it .

Overall a good stay.

Pool and hot tub were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and pool area were clean and well maintained. Room condition was acceptable.

It wasn't clear when booking that parking was an additional $40 per day and the breakfast wasn't complementary. Found several empty vodka bottles under the pullout couch.

I drove a stickshif car so I had to park myself but they comped the parking fee. Nice hotel to stay at.

Quality hotel with great staff. I would recommend it if it were closer to downtown.

It is clean friendly and well taken care of. Beds and bedding comfortable with ample lights. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Ice machine was broken on our floor. It is within walking distance to downtown however it is a long walk (pray for no rain) we did end up using Uber. A shuttle would be a great guest option. The extra cost $43 for parking each night. Does not include complimentary breakfast, you do have the option to purchase it.
