It was okay, I know what to expect next time.

Everything was clean, the pool was nice, and it was great distances from everything.

We thought there would be breakfast, there wasn’t :(. Also there was a second tower for rooms so we were wandering around aimlessly trying to find it and we were a whole building away from our friends in another room because of it. Plus the hidden fees. It just doesn’t seem like pretty much $800 for two rooms; one night didn’t seem reasonable even given the location. Only thing they complimentary gave was ice.

Room smelled of pee. Water got into room and wet up a suitcase full of clothes. Air conditioner has a bad smell to it

Hard no on this Marriot

Not much. Easy valet process.

Location hard to enter and exit. Our AC unit leaked water everywhere throughout the night. Rug between floors was wet. Beds were terrible. So uncomfortable. No extra blankets or pillows in closet. Street side and above us was very noisy. Told staff about issues. Only extra towels were brought and front staff upon checkout acknowledged but didn't care. Night manager said he would give us Starbucks vouchers but came back empty handed. Offered to move us the next night but we were only there one night. This was by far the worst Marriot experience. Find another Marriot location to stay. This was terrible.

Rude and dismissive staff and valet is a scam! Don’t ever stay here!

Location and clean

Staff was dismissive and rude. The valet staff was incredibly rude and lied and billed us for parking when we never used valet. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

En un punto medio entre downtown y la universidad de vanderbilt. Muy seguro para poder desplazarse andando. Gimnasio grande. La piscina!!! Tener piscina con el calor sofocante que hace cambia el viaje. Calidad-precio insuperable.

Nice weekend in Nashville

Walking distance to most of the sightseeing sites and downtown. The staff was polite. Room was spacious, comfortable bed.

Few lights in the room, it was a bit dark. No water in the mini bar, you have to remember to bring your own.

Disappointing

Didn’t realize parking would be valet only and $42 per night when I booked. That was an unpleasant surprise. Also, room service was supposed to be every other day but wasn’t. Didn’t even leave an extra roll of toilet paper when the current one was lost out.

A great stay in Nashville

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good the french toast best I have had at hotel. Location was good and easy to get into downtown

Location and price were decent

I booked a king room but was given a room with 2 full size beds. The room was never cleaned over a 3 night stay. The front desk staff was not very friendly.

Great location and a nice stay

Fantastic location! Near so many bars and restaurants within walking distance, short distance from printers alley and Broadway (walkable but a cheap Uber). *the staff was excellent. I stayed here for 8 days and they were great the entire time. I even messed up and left a couple of jackets and sweaters/hoodies in the closet after my checkout, the shipped them to me no problem.

Great location in decent area of city

Breakfast was limited , location brilliant loads of little places to eat and drink within 5 min walk. 30min walk to main music city /broadway

Mediocre at best

The staff was very friendly and competent.

The floor of my room was dirty. I didn’t have and facial tissue. The location seemed a bit sketchy. The price of the room was high for what we received.

I don’t trust the way my finances were handled at this hotel so I do not plan on staying here again

Staying with friends

General manager MaryAnne Warwick was horrible for customer service, I was charged 2 times for ‘incidentals on one credit card for a total of $700 and another credit card for $350. She could not explain nor help with these erroneous charges only to keep stating that $50/day was for incidentals but my total stay was 2 nights

Terrible pre checking

Wasn't told about extra $$ for parking, even when I spoke to the hotel direct Reserved for my kids honeymoon get away, called hotel to make sure everything was set for their arrival. Once they arrived, hotel wouldn't check them in until they sent me a credit card for to sign, never told about before. Very upset as we were traveling at the same time. Had to take care of this in middle of out trip.

It's the only hotel I stay at in Nashville.

I liked the location to the Vanderbilt campus and local restaurants. I also like the Fitness Center at the hotel. The lobby was a comfortable place to hang out.

Parking did not have to be vale only. I easily walked to my car several times to get items out of it.

Great hotel and would recommend for business or family travel.

Parking attendants were efficient though $42/day is pricey, and not sure if valet are compensated from that charge. Felt obligated to tip additional. Bistro was nice, gym facilities were very nice! Additional common areas for gathering was a nice feature. The pool area was a bit tight and not enough loungers but it worked ok. Bistro prices were a bit high so we chose to eat elsewhere. Oatmeal $9-$11 (really?) Staff did not inform me of the spending limit on breakfast which was included. Front desk adjust my bill accordingly, which I was I appreciative. The bathrooms seemed dated but showers were hot. :) I would like the option to run off the balcony light. West End traffic is very loud in the evening. Hotel lobby bathrooms were clean and overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plenty of choices of good restaurants within walking distance! Staff was always helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best regards

Bathroom layout. Loud traffic cars/motorcycles speeding with loud exhaust on west end. (Not the fault of Marriott) problem but rarely saw police the whole week) Would like to have a shuttle option for Broadway transportation.

It was adequate.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast situation was not what I expected or had ever experienced from Marriott. It was a Starbucks style breakfast and I anticipated a buffet style breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. One of the female staff who worked on the breakfast shift in the eating area (she was not the female staff from Jamaica) was not friendly at all. The parking was not convenient for drivers.
