Hilton Never Disappoints

I honestly wanted to make this hotel my home, but we had to check out at some point. We enjoyed our stat from beginning to end. The staff are clean, well dressed and professional. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The concessions were a bit pricey, but we did get a free bottle of water upon our arrival. The pool was being cleaned everyday and the hotel smelled clean and was well kept. The view was beautiful, except there were a couple of dumpsters under our window. But being on the 3rd floor as long as you don't look down, then it is not a sight for sore eyes. The room had a microwave, a decent size fridge and a Keurig coffee maker. Tea and coffee came with the room, but bring sugar. Lots of television channels to watch, so enjoy your stay.

Princess Quality Experience

The breakfast, the friendly staff (Mrs Rose & Victoria) the guest are amazing, the facility is clean and the amenities are great. Wifi exceptional. Great for families. I have a teen, pre-teen and a preschooler.

Not worth $299 a night, would never stay here again (even if it were cheap!)

Pool was pretty, front desk staff friendly, good restaurants nearby.

Hotel is dark, dreary, worn carpets and only 1 elevator worked. The room itself…worn, beat up furnishings, dusty surfaces and window coverings, dirty bathroom, dirty shower floors and fixtures, worn carpet. And this was the “presidential suite.” Terribly disappointed. Parking garage is $20 a night, homeless people hang out around it, very scary!

It was an excellent mini vacation. Great Inn and Staff.

I liked that it was clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything I needed I had.

The hot tub was broken but that was beyond their control.

Very nice stay for the time we were there. Would go back.

While a varied menu each day would have been nice, each day's food was fresh and adequate. Highly Recommend their pasta for dinner, add the chicken, it's worth it! The staff is wonderful! They were pleasant and helpful, greeted everyone as they came and went. Dealt with difficult customers with tact and grace. They are really good people!

Room could use a refresh, like paint and flooring. A little more attention could be paid to vacuuming around and under furniture.

The underlying appearance was good but the cleanliness was not.

We had no hot water. Staff said it was because our room was not near the water heater.

Location was great (visiting family at the hospital).

We were charged for parking upon checkout even though we made a point of telling the clerk we had no car at check in. This was resolved at checkout but was a pain to deal with. Breakfast was confusing. Walking through the lobby it looked like the coffee was free but there were no signs letting you know what was what. The pantry at the front desk could have used more options. Some quick oatmeal or ramen noodle cups that just need hot water would be nice.

Very pleasant

I loved the entire experience at the hotel. Me and my husband was celebrating our birthday and decided to take a slight road trip. The hotel was very clean. Staff was warm and knowledgeable. We didn't know where to eat at or have fun but the attendant offered suggestions and have us a guide to near by entertainment. I was very pleased

If i had to mention a flaw it would be there was only one working elevator it had been it of order one night before I came.
