La ubicación, las habitaciones, moderno hotel, buenas camas, cerca de bares, cafeterias , restaurantes . CVS, Wallgreen

Mucho ruido en el lobby . Falta de limpieza . No aspiraban el piso, y no limpiaban la Mesada.

An amazing stay at a luxurious hotel with little to no problems.

Clean, spacious room. Nicely decorated with a large TV

The bathroom didn’t have an air vent and the shower had no door. The bed was also too soft for my back.

Overall, it was great! The food was awesome and healthy. The rooms were clean and nice.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great staff, great location, attractive rooms

Polite and friendly staff, lively restaurant downstairs with something always going on (but not so lively thay I couldn't sleep or didn't feel safe), attractive rooms, great location. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty and quiet, but you're still close to activities, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

The best time

Love the vibe of the hotel and decorations! The staff was great!

The bathroom door didn’t shut as it was a barn door to save space, I’m sure. It also didn’t have a vent so those with shy bladders traveling with others, would have a slightly difficult time.

comfortable, easy, friendly, great music able to take to the room

The bar was great, excellent hotel for solo travelers. I am female and stayed at the hotel for a week and feel extremely safe and comfortable

Parts of the painting on the walls cracked and pealing off but really that was because I was probably in the the hotel for a whole week to notice. it was all excellent

Don’t think I’m gonna stay there again.

Location was good and the hotel was clean and safe.

Even it was a prepaid booking, except $50 to hold they hold another $136 and kept the hold for 5 days, needed to call several times to release the hold.

Service was good. Hotel smelt of cooking throughout lobby. Rooms were outdated with no access to light switch next to bed or latest iPhone charging outlets.

Hotel overcharged me. They dod not charge me same price as my bookings. I am still chasing them to reimburse.

Bar and food was great. Bed was super comfortable. Felt safe. Decor is cool. People were nice. Good location. Large TV.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We liked everything, we can only recommend this hotel.

Really nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The reception area is large and looks good. The rooms had very good accessories - hair drier, shampoo, body gel, etc. We liked the shower very much. The hotel location is very good, we could go to the sights on foot. We had no breakfast, but there is a bagel shop in the hotel - maybe the best bagel shop in the city. I had the best salmon bagel of my life here. Close to the hotel there are other good restaurants as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We liked everything, we can only recommend this hotel.

Comfy hotel. Keep improve.

Location is convenient.

Check in was 4pm. It is relatively too late. Hope it can be anytime from 2-3pm instead. Also, my checkout ALWAYS encountered bill printout printer problem. Pls improve.

Completely in love with the hotel decoration! Very nice and eclectic vibe going on throughout the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friends.

OK, good location

Well located in 30min walking distance (or 10$ Uber distance) to White House. Standards like ATM or Restaurant available at Hotel.

If you come by car you may not make use of valet parking .. costs 80US$ per night. Parking garage available on other side of the street for 30US$ for 24 hours.

Hot water is available regardless of time of day. Decor is very nice.

The floor area rug in the room needs shampooing. Had to retrieve something that fell near the platform bed bottom. When I got up, one pant leg had a terrible stain on it. Had to change pants.

Not 5 stars at all, more like 3+

It's definitely not 5 stars hotel... not even 4, I'd say more like 3+. Everything looks cheap and shabby. Por quality of shampoos/conditioners. Only free glass bottled water was up to 5 stars level. The rest is no. Breakfast is small and same every day. Gym is very very small and not much there. No pool as it's 5 stars hotel. Bad value for money.

My go to place from now on when I come to DC, my old hometown!

Bed super comfortable as well as linens used, really soft. Room was efficient, well lit, had everything I needed to work, charge multiple devices, make coffee. Staff was very helpful and informative, ad the lobby and bar area is great. Hotel is nicely appointed, spacious architectural plan; well thought out and close to metros, Georgetown, Dupont Circle. Excellent location.

Although the weather was very hot, we had a really great time. Good restaurants, museums, people.

Bagel kiosk in the hotel was great! Hotel was really nice and pretty close to the sights. Loved "Curbs" taxi service...very prompt and reasonable.

I didn't like that I was not forewarned about rather pricey parking fees to leave our truck parked for 3 days. I also didn't like that charges were pending on my charge card for a week after we got back home. I had already paid for the room the month previous when I booked it.
