Das war ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Gute Lage- fast alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, schönes Bad, geräumiges Zimmer, großer Pool und Gym.

Etwas laute Klimaanlage- bei allerdings sehr hoher Außentemperatur. Unangemessen für das schöne Hotel fanden wir Pappteller und Einwegbesteck beim sonst reichhaltigen Frühstück.

Ich würde wieder dort buchen aber ohne Frühstück

Für das Frühstück gebe ich ein Minus, man ist zwar nicht verhungert aber hätte mir bei diesem Hotel und Preis schon etwas anderes erwartet. Die Eierspeis ist so eine Packungsei und smeckt wie Papier. Kein Käse. Kein frisches Gemüse. Trockene Beagl.

Lo céntrico de todas los lugares turísticos. Unas a pocas cuadras, igual una estación de metro se llega en 5min las almohadas muy buenas!

Falta de atención al cliente por parte del personal. No tienen calidad de servicio, en especial recepción, parecen robot que ni sonríen, y responden por responder, sin dar una mayor solución a los requerimientos del cliente!

Overpriced poor value for money place. Will never reco.

Breakfast was sub standard for a 200 dollar a night price . Items got over and never replenished (for example oat meal or yogurt on 5th July)

Staff very unhelpful especially the evening shift staff at the time of checkin on 2nd July. Staff had no information about how to go to 4th July fireworks event which is why most of us chose to stay at hyatt at georgetown. Tea coffee for the room was a challenge for house keeping staff and they would never replenish them on time. No toothpaste and brush at the hotel, they ran out of shower caps. Poor service levels. Unbecoming of a hyatt place property. Worse than a highway motel in terms of service levels. Not worth the money (>200 US dollars a room night). The Ritz Carlton across sells rooms nights for 350-400 US.

We had an enjoyable stay.

The staff was very nice and housekeeping kept the room very clean. Family liked the pool and especially the rooftop lounge area.

The only thing I found a little disappointing was that the food was not very hot.

Bon emplacement proche de restos sympas et pas trop loin du métro. Taille de la chambre OK pour 4 personnes. Lits confortables. Petit déjeuner inclus.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen et limité quand on arrive dans les derniers (ils ne réapprovisionnent pas le buffet).

The security was good, breakfast was very good and included, staff was very accommodating, pool was clean (but cold!), Room was a decent size

Nice hotel, disappointed overall. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was limited choice. However the reason for my main dissatisfation was on the second day, breakfast was served with plastic plates and plastic knives and forks. Having paid a considerable amount of money, this was not good enough, very disappointing. Young lady on checkout was miserable too. So miserable i couldnt be bothered to complain about the plastic.

Great place to stay, Room was great, and staff was nice.

Breakfast was great. The dining area atmosphere was really nice the courtesy computer station and printer was awesome.

In the gym you should remove one of the machines and use the space for the weight bench and dumbbell area, so it has its own area close to the dumbbell rack. Currently it's just in the middle of the room kind of in the way.

Nice clean room

We couldn’t get the room we booked so when we arrived at midnight to check in we had to get rather assertive to the young lady on the desk to help us sort things. It was originally suggested that the 4 of us share one bed until the manager was in to work. Not the service one would expect when booking 4 months in advance. It did eventually sort out in the morning but you shouldn’t have to get cross to receive the room you booked

DC gem

I loved the location of the facility, super close to everything and friendly in regards to being able to walk every where. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

My only problem was the view of the room. You faced another building and only saw a while wall directly in front of you and rows of windows to the right and left. No view at all which was terrible for the price we paid.
