Hôtel sympa

L’hôtel est magnifique. Le bar au rez de chaussée, un peu bruyant, a l’air très sympa. La chambre est belle, la literie était très confortable, on a bien dormi, sans trop de bruits.

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, quelques détails laissent à désirer. L’accueil a été un peu expéditif, mais il y avait beaucoup de monde. Le robinet gauche du lavabo de notre chambre n’était quasiment plus fixé (pareil pour le robinet de la station d’eau au 4ème étage). La douche est affreuse, il n’y a aucune pression donc c’est très peu agréable.

All in all was great.

Amazing property such a good location and so clean! Great reception / hotel staff

Only issue with the housekeeping staff who made us feel rushed out of our hotel room by trying to enter at 8.20 am and knocking again at 10 am asking when we are leaving.

Loved it! Would recommend.

Ambience was immaculate here. I would absolutely stay again. I’d say the only thing the place was missing was a pool! We love the room and the decor and the vibe of the hotel and even the staff!

There were some type of sewer problems that made the room smell like foul sewage I assume once the hotel got busy - the water pressure also became low at this point. There was also some type of event on the hotel patio that they were asking us to pay $30 for (to simply walk out there) which was ridiculous as we were already staying at the hotel.

Fancy, nice, expensive, but frustrating

Good location

Pricey. HDTV must be stopped. These barn-style doors on bathrooms are just awful. They don’t block anything: sight lines, light, noise, or smell. Also the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so the whole bathroom floor just got wet. These design trends need to go away

Terrible experience

The location is great, very close to mayor tourist points.

First, they did not have my reservation, and I was downgraded. Because of the inconvenience they offered me a $100 credit to dine at the restaurant, when I asked for it, they called me a lier.

It was just ok.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The bed was just right and I had. A great sleep.

The room was small and the refrigerator didn’t work. The thermostat battery was low so the temperature kept changing due to the pre set temperature not being able to be changed.

Impossibly noisy due to amplified music in restaurant.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, and I got an early checkin.

I paid for a premium room but ended up in a standard room because the hotel was having live, amplified music in the courtyard over which the premium room was located. Turns out they do this many nights. It is absolutely impossible to sleep as a result. I had to pack up and move to a standard room after I returned from dinner because the noise was crushing. The person at the front desk was efficient at this, but I did not get the room that I paid for because *all* premium rooms are over the courtyard where the live, amplified music is pumped most nights.

We had the best time here seeing the cherry blossoms.

The hotel itself is very chic and in a happening location. We loved the restaurant especially the bar it had an amazing espresso martini.

Hotel was great. Bar area not at all.

Comfortable beds & pillows. Nice location. I enjoyed the design of the interior. Our room was quiet.

Mercy Me charges a 22% service fee automatically. This is not the tip but a service fee for the restaurant. We had an overall bad experience there. Bad management practices

Fatal customer service

The property charged incorrectly and twice without authorization in my credit card. Very bad customer service.

An amazing stay at a luxurious hotel with little to no problems.

Clean, spacious room. Nicely decorated with a large TV

The bathroom didn’t have an air vent and the shower had no door. The bed was also too soft for my back.

Great staff, great location, attractive rooms

Polite and friendly staff, lively restaurant downstairs with something always going on (but not so lively thay I couldn't sleep or didn't feel safe), attractive rooms, great location. The surrounding neighbourhood is pretty and quiet, but you're still close to activities, restaurants, hospitals, etc. I'd definitely stay here again.

The best time

Love the vibe of the hotel and decorations! The staff was great!

The bathroom door didn’t shut as it was a barn door to save space, I’m sure. It also didn’t have a vent so those with shy bladders traveling with others, would have a slightly difficult time.

comfortable, easy, friendly, great music able to take to the room

The bar was great, excellent hotel for solo travelers. I am female and stayed at the hotel for a week and feel extremely safe and comfortable

Parts of the painting on the walls cracked and pealing off but really that was because I was probably in the the hotel for a whole week to notice. it was all excellent

Don’t think I’m gonna stay there again.

Location was good and the hotel was clean and safe.

Even it was a prepaid booking, except $50 to hold they hold another $136 and kept the hold for 5 days, needed to call several times to release the hold.

Service was good. Hotel smelt of cooking throughout lobby. Rooms were outdated with no access to light switch next to bed or latest iPhone charging outlets.

Hotel overcharged me. They dod not charge me same price as my bookings. I am still chasing them to reimburse.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We liked everything, we can only recommend this hotel.

Really nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The reception area is large and looks good. The rooms had very good accessories - hair drier, shampoo, body gel, etc. We liked the shower very much. The hotel location is very good, we could go to the sights on foot. We had no breakfast, but there is a bagel shop in the hotel - maybe the best bagel shop in the city. I had the best salmon bagel of my life here. Close to the hotel there are other good restaurants as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We liked everything, we can only recommend this hotel.

Comfy hotel. Keep improve.

Location is convenient.

Check in was 4pm. It is relatively too late. Hope it can be anytime from 2-3pm instead. Also, my checkout ALWAYS encountered bill printout printer problem. Pls improve.

Completely in love with the hotel decoration! Very nice and eclectic vibe going on throughout the hotel. Will definitely recommend it to friends.
