Get away Luke Grimes weekend.

The layout was great ! The M lounge was amazing and a welcomed amenity. Our room was perfect cozy and clean!

Highly recommend, clean, perfectly located, amazing staff.

Customer service was exceptional. They were quiet, professional and very kind. We got hungry after our concert and they directed us to a local pizza place around the corner that we were able to walk to and from after midnight and it was completely safe. In fact, they were actually filming Superman a couple streets over!

King room overlooking Lake Erie. The sunset was beautiful.

Our stay was less than par compared to previous encounters

Location is great, especially being across the street from the convention center. The Marriott is very accommodating and clean.

We have stayed here 7 years back to back for the tattoo convention every year. The price has sky rocketed over the years including parking. Also the facility has "changed its policy" when paying and I was never informed or notified. I typically always pay cash and pay extra for incidentals which I typically get back upon check out. I was told I can no longer do that due to new policy or I needed to find somewhere else to stay even though I've had this hotel booked for months. When told this, the gentleman made me and my wife feel incompetent and made us question if we wanted to continue with our check in. Then when checking out I was asked if I wanted to pay cash for my stay like I do any other time as though the "new policy" was never a thing.

Well appointed hotel, restaurant was fabulous and bar staff were on point.

Odd location- tough to find parking garage- felt like an intentional oversight to FORCE valet. We finally found the entry and parked ourselves.

Great Views, ok room and ok service. Stayed at better.

I absolutely loved the view. We could see the stadium and the lake and city. It was beautiful.

When I made the reservation the women told me that the spa was same day reservations. However when I went to the spa they had nothing available. I was pretty disappointed. Also the fridge in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t keep anything in the fridge. I was also surprised that there was no hairdryer in the room. I’ve stayed at cheaper places that provided hair dryers. Last thing is that when I was checking in, the women asked if I wanted a complimentary upgrade which I’m glad I asked before I said yes because I asked if it was stadium view and she grumbled and said no it’s on the 5th floor. We were on the 23rd. Doesn’t sound like an upgrade, more of a downgrade.

Good for my event but the price itself for the room quality not worth it in my opinion.

The location next to the stadium. I also really enjoyed the desk agent Melissa she was very sweet and kind!

The room still was kind of dated and also dirty especially the bathroom as it didn't look like it had a good floor sweeping or mopping in weeks! I also thought the room itself was dusty and the carpet was old and pealing badly and I also felt the shower was also dirty and had to put in a maintenance request for slow draining water that turned into a bath when I was only taking a shower..The location for my event at the Browns stadium was great but everything else could of been much better.

Loved location and amenities ... would definitely stay here again

The breakfast was good - the breakfast staff was exceptional....so happy and friendly made us start our day right. The gym was really nice, equipment was well maintained. Restaurants were great as was the pantry. Location was Perfect for walking to everything. The room was spacious (we had a view of the stadium) with a refrigerator; the curtains were definitely nice (kept room dark when sun came up). Front desk staff at check out was fabulous, but at check in they did not really explain much (parking, meals, amenities, etc). Valet parking was fast

Check in was not the best - just no real explanation about where breakfast is, where room is, what amenities are available or not available.. just didn't give us a warm welcome (they were not "mean" or unprofessional, just not friendly

AMAZING location, CLEAN hotel, WOULD RECOMMEND

Parking attendants were responsive, quick, helpful, informative. The staff running the parking and the doors was AMAZING. These people were standouts in Cleveland and in the industry!

We were there on a very busy weekend, hotel cost was high, reservations for dinner online were inaccurate because reservations in person were very easy to obtain. With so many people, front desk and bar seemed to need more staffing.

A nightmare staying experience ever.

This hotel is the worst ever. Do not stay here. Very dirty: We stayed 6 nights, they didn’t clean each day at all, they only changed towels, and the night before leaving, even no one change towel; staff doesn’t know what their doing, for example: one staff said breakfast finishes 9:30, another one said:11:30 , totally confused; front desk doesn’t know self parking info at all such as guest can go to parking through the hotel, such as Wi-Fi NoT free unless you have to register. Not help at all. Their breakfast is horrible! Do not understand why such poorly managed hotel still exists
