Overall all a good . For the price a continental breakfast would have been nice.

Didn’t do breakfast . It was a convenient location! Friendly staff

It was advertised a pool which wasn’t open. Menus were at front desk when you sat at a table to order you needed to get them there. Thought it would make more sense to have them at the bar. Customer were asking each other where we got menus and where do you order.

Short-lived stay

It was opposite a large mall with shops and restaurants within east reach.

Our experience was so bad we had to change hotels. Staff were nice about us having to checkout early. No real restaurant on the property, just a cafeteria style area for breakfast and a bar. Housekeeping needs to be booked at checkin and is not daily. Rooms look tired and dingy. Bathroom is weird - sink is in the room. Toilet and shower are in the ‘bathroom’ which is so small you have to step over the toilet in order to close the bathroom door. The photos of the bathroom on booking.com are misleading.

The hotel is dated. Staff tries but the property needs upgrading.

Breakfast was passable. Setting was cafeteria like. I ordered a take away dinner. It was ok. Checking in was time consuming so staff comped my breakfast. My room was not sufficiently cleaned. Small pieces of paper on carpet and soiled towel in bathroom.

I noticed I was charged for someone else’s dinner. It gook nearly 30 minutes to research the charge.

The bed mattress wasn't Comfortable and the rooms. And/or upper floors were outdated.

Staff was friendly - can't believe the property was in such disrepair.

Didn't eat on the property.

The closed pool was a disappointing surprise. The construction, which the front desk staff said wouldn't start until 10 AM but clearly started before 8 AM made this a rather uncomfortable stay. Can't belive the facility doesn't let you know about these two material facts about a potential stay.

Book a King bed, when I checked in I was told they only have double beds available. I showed the check in person my paperwork that showed I booked the king bed. They obviously overbooked. I will never be back that’s for sure. I left and did not stay the night. Very bad business!

I breakfast was questionable - eggs watery, food was cooked however cold

the hallways had the seams of the wallpaper coming off the walls-hallway appearance was what you would expect in a Super8 and not a Marriott

They didn’t have the reservation made thru booking.com or any record of the conf. # booking.com gave me. luckily since we are high rewards members, they were able to get us a room even though the hotel was sold out. somebody dropped the ball here.

Each room I was assigned was noisy. I had to wear ear plugs to slt

I exterior of the hotel looks good. Unfortunately the rooms need to be updated. General clean but no maid service each day so no trash removal and no bathtub,toilet or sink cleaning.

The bed was comfortable.

Overall the hotel and staff were great.

We loved the location. I the staff was very accommodating.

The bathroom was very small. We did not get breakfast at the hotel. We thought $15 a person was too much.

Between 1 -10; I would give them a 10 for Excellent!

The facility was very clean & welcoming. The Staff was very respectful & pleasant & kind Excellent customer service & I will be glad to come back again!

Maybe they could have a convenient store on the facility or vendor machines! However it was still a very excellent stay.
