Overall I was pleased with my stay.

The staff were professional and very attentive to my needs. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. The location of the hotel was great.

There was hair in my shower. The walls were thin so I heard my neighbors conversing.

Very pleasurable!

Loved everything about this hotel. Great rooms Very clean & had been remodeled & close to South Park mall & great location. I will stay here again. ,

The location was perfect.

We had a water leak in our room in the middle of the night. Compensation that was give was not enough, felt that the hotel could have done more.

Great place to stay in the area and good rates. Our home away from home in Charlotte.

We always stay here when we're in Charlotte. Great staff and convenient location, very spacious. Love that it has free Showtime.

There could have been more staff at the cafe inside.

Beds were comfy, great AC, very clean property

During checkout/morning time it is very loud and I’m not speaking in terms of hearing people talk as they walk down the hallway any room door that closes should I say slam it radiates through the rm it will definitely wake you up

Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was weirdly hard to find. Google Maps was strangely unhelpful. Finally I phoned and Brian, the manager, gave us directions.

I still had a very good experience and will probably stay here again.

The closeness to where I was performing and to other areas like South Park Mall, Cheesecake Factory etc…

I didn’t like the rooms not having microwaves. This is the 1st place that I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a microwave in the room. Was not happy about this at all😟.

I was told that I would have maid service on Saturday. At 1pm, I called to inquire and was told someone would come to clean the room. I left to meet friends. When I got back at 5:30, the only thing that was done was I received fresh towels. There was trash in the room; the bed was not made; and nothing was cleaned.
