We were happy with our stay, some things could’ve been a little better.

The breakfast was not an option as it was very expensive in our opinion which lines up with a lot of the reviews. If you have above average income then maybe not. We have stayed at many hotels very similar that have a full hot free breakfast included. We understand not every hotel can be the same but just trying to give a thorough review compared to where we have stayed. We always try to spend around the same amount for three nights and always need the same amenities for the most part as we come home every two or three weeks and stay somewhere in the KC area with our daughter for two to four nights. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the living room was nice. The moveable desk was cool. Love the balconies and the middle garden/seating/hangout zone. The towel availablility in this pool room was great and love the look of it. The staff was always friendly and helpful, interacted with atleast 5 different people Check in was pretty simple and they have a $100 deposit. With capital one we got it back 24 hours after checkout. That was def awesome.

Oh my goooodnesssss the POOL! It was SO cold! We went down twice and I couldn’t get in with my husband and daughter whatsoever. The room itself was cold and had AC on the entire time. We saw three other families while we were there that also left because it was too cold. Several of those people could not get in the pool either and only ever saw one guy and one little boy in addition to my husband and daughter that got in and even they all said it was freezing in there. Please for the love of god clean the bathroom vent in room 262. I took a normal shower and when it got steamy I started SNEEZING IN the shower, I saw the gross vent moist from the steam, I opened the door to clear it out, once I got out I couldn’t even dry off because I sneezed NINE more times in a row 😬. I was quite disgusted with the shower after that and made sure my husband left the door open as he has some breathing issues and he definitely didn’t need in his lungs whatever went into mine 🤢. Breakfast comments from above go down here but also go with the question asked about breakfast above. Not sure if you offer it but as an idea having some rooms with a bed in living room instead of couch. The extra bed or pull out couch is a must for us for our daughter but it seems like everytime we ask for bedding for the pull out it’s very basic, it’s a raw mattress with no cover which is gross and then just one flat sheet and a kinda old looking blanket you’d get from grandmas along with one pillow. I’m glad my daughter didn’t mind but if an adult needed that bed it would not be too great. Check the remote in the bedroom of 262 as it seems a bit broken and wonky? The up button on the channels is not functioning. Would be cool to have a large TV in bedroom but it was still ok. Wish there was an actual full mattress cover instead of a large pad and a fitted sheet instead of a flat sheet that didn’t reach the top of the bed but Inthink that part maybe was just from the cleaning people mid aligning.

Liked but I'll choose other location to see of they offer better

Pictured a hot tub with pool that was inaccurate description reason why I booked didn't even use pool because no hot tub. Shampoo bath products were basic. Breakfast choice was awful and you've to pay for basic food you would get from gas station

After traveling half way across the country cramped in a u Haul, this property was above and beyond!

From the moment I walked in the lobby the customer service rep was a delight. She made several recommendations for dining that were within close proximity and had ample parking b c we were towing a car with a U-Haul. She gave us great directions on where to park our moving truck etc. AND THEN the room was beyond expectations for the price. We stayed in more expensive hotels that were disgusting. I wish we could’ve stayed longer !

Not a thing. We stayed at so many raunchy places this property seemed like the Taj Mahal!

Great, attentive staff made for a good stay.

The staff was outstanding! They gave excellent advice concerning dining possibilities and were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very nice and well-kept in general.

The hallway was way too cold the whole time!!! I expected to be able to dine there at the hotel, but learned after we arrived that they were only open for breakfast. Being charged $10.00 for pancakes with cold syrup and then being unable to cut them with plastic utensils was horrible. As I told my family, I have never thought of pancakes as "finger food"!

The breakfast was, there wasn’t enough product in the grill or the market. Actually hardly any of the breakfast listed on the menu. I stayed for 3 days. The bed was extremely warm out. They didn’t even have something as simple as Cramer for the coffee.

Good night's stay visiting family in the KC area.

The staff were very, very friendly. The room was large and the A/C worked very well. I thought the balcony was nice. Nice pool and workout area.

Our non-smoking room smelled very heavily of marijuana when we arrived. Not accusing the cleaning staff, but someone had smoked in there very recently.....like within an hour of us checking in. Skunky. There were two very large burns holes on the cushions of the couch. I flipped them over before my kids noticed. Reminded me of my college years. :)

There weren’t restaurants within walking distance but there was a whole shopping center nearby that had a great little ice cream shop.

Staff was courteous and the room was clean. No complaints there.

We were there for a youth soccer tournament put on by Sporting Kansas City. We had early game times (8am) and I’m not a coffee drinker. I was surprised there was no tea available; not even for purchase. Not a problem because I bought my own and frankly I understand the idea of cutting that out of the budget. However, on Saturday morning at 645am, the water was cold despite it being in a thermal container and I used the microwave to heat the water. On Sunday morning at 9am, the hot water container was empty. Disappointing from a service perspective.
