to sum up my trip I’m so thankful for the Marriott hotel for helping me with a room to stay even though it was fully boo

it’s was completely comfortable and and very helpful when I got there my booking did not appear on the system and they offered me a walk in check in though their own website! and I’m so thankful coz I tried calling booking.com to verify my booking but no answer at all! very stressful and miserable 😩

The location and ambiance of this Marriott. I wish I was in this area more so I could stay at this Marriott.

The desk staff was great. .

Most of the restaurant and bar staff were rude, inattentive and snotty. The bar was ridiculously over priced.

I did not appreciate having to pay for wifi and parking. It's bad enough that I had to travel for work. It made it worse to have to pay for wifi so I could work.

Disappointing due to the condition of the pool.

Staff were accommodating to needs. The initial room we were in was too noisy. We were moved to another room that was much quieter.

The pool was filthy with random strands of hair and dead bugs.
