Do not stay at that hotel many many cockroaches

I want my money back I didn’t stay it had a lot of cockroaches very very bad nasty

The room infested with a lot of cockroaches it’s cray I never seen a hotel like this no good can you send me my money

First time away from home

I enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the curtains that provided light and security from outside view. The pool was comfortable and isolated. I had the entire facility to myself.

I did not like how the bed pillows felt less plush and more like bean bags. I also had problems connecting with the wifi. The signal continued to connect and disconnect.

Not a pleasant experience!

Location good. Room clean. Price reasonable.

Larger room preferred. Would have preferred shower/tub combo. More noise control. TV in adjacent room too loud. Interfered with sleep. Unruly loud minors made stay unpleasant. Even after reporting situation to front desk, nothing changed.

There was no notice when booking that the hotel was under construction and no pool would be available. This should have been the first thing to mention before the booking should be completed. The rooms smelled horrible.

Terrible. Housekeeping stripped room at 10:30am. Checkout is it 12pm!

I was overcharged $340. And now have to wait until Monday for my money to comeback. Hotel took all my money and they could only say wait until business day. Housekeeping stripped room at 10:30am. Checkout is it 12pm! I wasn’t even checked out yet, lastly pool was closed on a hot weekend. Was the sole purpose of coming.

I liked the location. The bed was comfortable. The ventilation was good. Easy check in process.

The King room was very small. The breakfast area did not open until 7 a.m, which was too late for me. No hot tub, like shown in pictures. The fitness room was very small. Balcony had empty beer cans and cigarettes left over from previous occupant. Front desk woman accused my son of breaking the elevator, throwing towels in the pool and running in the halls, etc. If he did it, he would've owned it. Would not stay there again. Would not recommend.

Good located hotel to explore Detroit and area around!

good located for access to Airport and brilliant nice, friendly and helpfull Stuff!!!!

Matress could be changed, be little stiffer.

We have always enjoyed the courtyard experience.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for a particular location of the room due to medical issues

Had to go get extra towels. Beds not made. Trash not picked up.

The hotel was very clean and that’s the biggest plus! Beds were very comfortable. Staff members were friendly!

The pool was absolutely freezing! Even the kids didn’t care about swimming in it again after the first time. That was disappointing. The pull out couch was terrible, as all you could feel/see were the springs.

Convenient and clean, between mall and highway, next to quiet suburban neighborhoods for jogging.

Friendly staff, next to mall for shopping.

Breakfast expensive.

It was great.

I just enjoyed being at peace and obtaining much needed rest from my stressful job. The location was excellent, some many things to do within walking distance.

There was not really anything that I disliked about my stay. I achieved exactly what I needed for self-care.
