Perfect and convenient

Needed a room big enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers and this was like a little mini condo. It was perfect.

The shower kept flooding. Management did fix it that same night though.

The room and toilet are big

It's on the street. The spot for the car outside our room was busy so we had to find another place to park. Definitely too expensive considering what it offers.

Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Multiple beds, enough room for our large family. Small kitchenette was useful. Prime location. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Minimal parking, but not too much of an issue.

Great location. Very helpful staff. We will come again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The two bedroom suit was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the location can't be beat. We walked everywhere.

We will not be staying in Santa Cruz again.

Bathroom was updated and clean

Room size was quite small. Bed was uncomfortable. Windows are single pain so got noisy outside

It was cheap, but a little too cheap.

The 2 bedrooms each had doors, with the bathroom in between.

Very poor soundproofing - people came in late at night, and we could hear what they were saying.

I guess you get what you pay for. the price is cheap but don’t expect anything nice honestly.

location was convenient if you want to be near the boardwalk or downtown

rooms facing the street are super loud. traffic noise all night. rooms were pretty small and outdated. We had terrible neighbors next to us one night that were screaming and yelling and banging things all night and we couldn’t sleep at all. The staff was able to switch us to another room for our last night there thankfully but we had to pay the $40 in room difference fees still to switch our room.

The expectations regarding the hotel and the stay were not met, but I made it work

The reception was able to make a change because I had a bad room when I got there and they gave me another room when I requested.

I've got a bad room when I got there; it was smelly, far from other rooms, and unsafe. Also, I've thought the price was very high for the type of room.

Updated decor and fixtures. Very clean and great location, as you can walk to the beach.
