Pleasant, close to entertainment and shopping, great transportation nearby

I thought the hotel had two major reasons for staying there: the staff and the location. The staff was always helpful, very friendly and available. This hotel is easily accessible to rideshare and is very close to Michigan Avenue bus lines. It's a walk-able city so coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries and some sites were easily reachable on foot. The hotel offers amenities such as an indoor pool, exercise room and on site restaurant. We didn't visit the restaurant but used the other two and were satisfied. The rooms are large which is very nice if you're sharing with a friend or family member. The bathrooms are also nicely sized.

I'm not a fan of every other day cleaning nor am I a fan of communal shampoo/conditioner/body wash both of which this hotel has instituted. My room door lock didn't always 'catch' and the thermostat was not working properly. The room was hot.

Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend. Would come back again if I visit Chicago next time.

Excellent location in downtown core, walking distance to almost all tourist spots. Valet parking $40/24 hrs offsite (without accessing car) or about $65 if you want in and out. Room is spacious, clean just like the pictures, definitely worth the money.

Starbucks on site, indoor pool, fitness room. Bar on site and good location. Convenience snacks & drinks. Staff were all very helpful & pleasant.

No hot tub, pool was small & not very deep; no room service.

При бронировании нигде не было информации, что бассейн оказывается закрыт. При заезде уже увидели маленькую бумажку с этим сообщением. Этот отель мы выбрали, потому что заявлялась, что там есть бассейн, после долгих прогулок по городу мы планировали поплавать. За эти деньги мы могли остановиться в отеле с включенными завтраками. Плюс еще в номере не убирались, не меняли полотенца и не вынесли мусор. В чем смысл останавливаться тогда в отеле? Ну и в понедельник утром все проснулись в 5.30 утра от звука пылесоса из другого номера..

Do not get the room with the sleeper sofa.

The location is good

The pull out sofa is ridiculously bad. The mattress is old, bent and squeaky with its spirals sticking out. Completely unacceptable as a bed. When telling this to the front desk their reaction was that nothing could be done: "this room usually sleeps 5". So what? Extra padding would be provided after repeating our request to solve the issue, but alas housekeeping stopped by to apologise that they could not be found. We ended up paying for an extra room. Absurd.
