I was happy with the room and services seriously no complains.

The staff were well trained, they were kind and helpful, unlike my earlier experience with larger hotels like Mandalay Bay and Luxor in Las Vegas non responsive and rude staff .

We enjoyed our stay.

The room was very clean. Beds are comfortable. The seating area at the reception was cool. We enjoyed having dinner/ breakfast in the dinning area. We ordered food from the kitchen and it was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the hotel and planning to come back again when we visit LA.

I didn’t like that they charge for parking. $28 per day is a lot. It should be a complimentary with the room reservation.

Conforme aux attentes

L’hôtel était propre, bien situé et confortable. Les équipements étaient très bien (même si cela manquait d’une bouilloire dans la chambre).

Nous avons dû changer plusieurs fois de chambres car ils nous mettaient systématiquement dans une chambre attenante à un local d’électricité ce qui faisait un bruit de buzz en continu assez fort extrêmement gênant dans la chambre. La dernière était la moins pire mais nous n’avons pas eu de chance la dessus. Toutes les chambre finissant par 9 sont à fuir pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de misophonie.

Pleasant Family Disneyland Stay

Location to Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle Parking Lot. Walked across to the Shuttle. Paid more for included breakfast which was convenient. Accommodating front desk staff. Lobby was decorated with holiday inflatables and Disney which my small child loved.

Some of the breakfast items were not too good (burrito) but most were delicious. A little farther to Disneyland if you don’t use the Disneyland Toy Story Shuttle. Shower only, no bathtub in our room a little harder with small children.

The food in the morning was not that great , if you have an American palette you wouldn’t notice . The food next door at the bigger Marriott was wonderful .only 2 mins walk

Not the stay we expect from a courtyard marriott

Kurig machine. Tv/channels good for when taking rests. Pool/hot tub looked good but didn’t have the chance to visit

The checkin. The gentleman was working hard but the female kept saying I’ll be with you in a moment and didn’t assist us or the couple behind us but when a man walked up solo she assisted him and had us all wait for the male employee to check us in? Option when you wanted your room cleaned versus scheduled every second day. Only had one cleaning as the next scheduled daughter sick in the room. Needed to request supplies. Lighting in room extremely poor. No tea, no liquid creamer with the nice kurig machine

The staff was very friendly. The distance to disneyland was decent. Room space was good. It was just okay. Nothing horrible nothing great.

Dirty sheets upon arrival. No one answering at the front desk. Everytime we needed something we had to walk to front desk. I changed the dirty sheets and put on clean sheets. The shower had mold.

I went with my family 6 members I got 2 rooms included breakfast and we only got $40 for breakfast per room is not much for 4 people on a room specially if at food court they don’t help you much and explain you what you can get for that price. Starbucks items are expensive. And also that we had to pay parking.

Very good

Very good option for Disneyland - around 20 minutes' walk away, close to restaurants and shops. Much better value than hotels in park. Room very comfortable.

No tea or kettle - just coffee machine. And the pool was OK but smelled like they use a lot of chemicals in it.
