Great stay - we will be back!

Front desk and any other workers in the hotel were awesome! Bell hops, shuttle drivers, starbucks, the ice cream shop, the bar. Everyone was knowledgeable, personable, and happy. Room was clean. Size was just fine. Shuttle to and from Disneyland is always on time and runs very smoothly. Will be back!

Our neighbors were up with screaming/crying kids til almost 1 am. However - the hotel did send someone up twice to try to quiet them down. Not the hotels fault our neighbors had kids up that late.

Very nice stay!

Very nice hotel, restaurants and bars are top notch, Starbucks and gelato inside, plus an arcade for kids! Interior and seating is beautiful and comfortable with outfits for working throughout! Rooms and views are outstanding! A must stay!

Fantastic hotel, great kids suite with heaps of room and great facilities.

The kids suite was lovely and very spacious with two bathrooms and a separate living area. Loved the 3rd floor deck with pool and lots of sports games available like pickleball, basketball etc.

The text message confirmation for the Disneyland shuttle didn't work for a New Zealand phone number so we had to screenshot proof of payment and ordering. Otherwise everything was great.

My wife and I we usually do spontaneous trips to places and this time we did a trip to Disneyland ☺️!! What I liked the about this trip was our staying at Hyatt Regency because the front desk really took care of us. I believe his name is Ivan. Ivan is very friendly, nice and professional. Thank you

Hairs inside the bathtub. Fence view from the room. You should ask for all essentials sendeing message to the reception. Even for the water glasses. Never seen this kind of service.

Excellent and worth the money paid.

Great hotel, big and comfortable. Excellent parking. The staff is responsive. They helped us a lot, parked the car and did the eviction for us. We only spent one night here and are very sorry we didn't stay longer. The hotel is so beautiful that you want to spend more time here.

Had a great stay and will come again.

Loved the size of the room, clean, lots of outlets, loved the see through fridge door and clock in the mirror. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, though the bread ran out and each day was the same French toast, but it was convenient and great staff. We also had gelato every day and the staff was friendly and nice.

More shade on pool deck and on rec deck! For family sitting
