Met concierge and decided to drive 5 more hours to home. Place looked like a crack den. I didn't stay.

Good stay

Nice remodel I just wish when they hang the shower curtain they would move it out some so your not constantly having the shower curtain stick to you.

overall a positive experience at a decent rate.

staff was kind, check in process went smoothly. room was dark, quiet and clean. discounted options for longer stays.

air conditioner barely worked, but a large fan was provided. some occasional train noise at night.

a very awful stay, when I complained I was told the next day I shud have complain before I accepted the room key…wow!!

We came for the value, the price was pretty reasonable, but there are literally no extras.

The room had a bed. It was pretty comfortable. The room had a fridge.

The room only had and one hard chair. 2 would have been nice. A desk would have been nice. The website says you get one, but we didn't.

Good shower pressure

I didn't like how the shower curtain stuck to me while showering and I didn't like that the toilet was so close to the wall and the toilet paper holder and I didn't like the noisy neighbors and I wasn't given the room I was supposed to get.

Wanted to enjoy but couldn't

Mostly clean, office staff friendly.

You can hear everything.(neighbors, traffic and trains) Room is way over priced. They have the phone ontop of the microwave and the microwave ontop of the fridge. That's it! Nothing else. There is no tables or desk had to put our stuff on the floor. Lights and plugs near bed didn't work either. Turned on heater and it smelled like burnt hair all night. Also our door wouldnt close all the way so we had to keep heater on. Then at 930am music started blaring and rumbling the floors.

Staffs attitude need to work on and not to judge people

The rooms were affordable during the snow storm.

The staffs should work on the attitudes & approach policies with customers with professional manners. I don't appreciate the staffs being rude towards paying guests. Including making a fit about another room being reserved from a different room. Which I clearly reset on my reserve of the room. I didn't expected my family run into an issues with the staffs being rude and assuming their were criminals with cards. Your manager and staffs need to do better than being racist & judging people. Find professional people who doesn't get upset very easy.

Disappointing

Rooms weren't cleaned. There was no toilet paper. No shampoo, hand soap. Did not enjoy the stay at all.

Would never go back!

Clean the place up. Cigarette butts littered the stairway which is covered in loose indoor outdoor carpet. Cigarette butts outside of our room. The furnishings were old and battered looking. Room just was not very clean. Towels are thin and not many amenities.

I loved that it was very clean plenary of linen and it was safe.

did not care that when I called to see if I could check in early no answer. I also went around 1:30pm after driving all morning was wanting to check in early no one at the counter. so once I got into my room I found it was very clean but very warm in the room. so went to the small AC unit to find that it wasn’t efficient enough to cool the room down. I was so tired that I just laid down and slept hoping the room would cool down in time. well I woke up in a full sweet. I ended up needing to leave the door open and small window in the back of the room and one in the front. sense I was only there for the night I dealt with it as I wasn’t going to move all my stuff again. then in the AM I went to take a shower. turned on the water to warm it up and I kept checking 20 min later I Determined that it wasn’t going to warm up. so I just took a wash cloth bath as my back after surgery would have started spasming in cold water. I so wish these things where different as it was nice to have a clean room.
