Comfortable stay

I liked all Staff who were friendly, wanting to help with questions and concerns that I had and making my stay comfortable as I was there for 10 days.

The General Manager didn't seem to want to help with a concern I had, but thankfully their sweet employee stepped up. They could have also made their breakfast area more hygienic, i.e. individual syrup cups, single packaged plates, forks and knives. My daughter's charger cable got destoryed by a guest service associate, which they were being nice to assist vaccumming our room, but somehow the charger got caught.

Overall nice stay but will remember to put that do not disturb on my door next time

Staff friendly room was very clean and comfortable ideal location will be returning

I was preparing myself to get dressed I was in the shower to come out find my door open after I asked for a 12pm checkout

They did not service the room after first day nor give fresh towels.

Your personal items are not safe

The property had people breaking into cars and the police never showed up and front desk was not bored when questioned about my safety

The room was clean

The mattress was hard. The pillows were terrible and hard. One side of the mattress was lower than the other side. We were told there would be a full breakfast. Two days of hard eggs and undercooked sauages.

It was a living nightmare!

The bed was comfortable but that's about it.

Blood stains were on the bath towels, old blood stains were on the sheets. I was on the second floor and the stomping above me was ridiculous, I didn't get any sleep at all. The stomping from the room above my room made my stay here a living nightmare.

Very stressful with worrying about if I would to spend extra cost at for an exterminator.

It was ok you could not tell what was pork or turkey on the breakfast bar.

The roaches in the room, the wet floor in my room, and the pool being out of service.

Not what I paid for. A waste of money the Hilton garden in was so much better Even though you didn’t get free breakfast

Bed bug. Tv didn’t work and I paid for suite, staff was horrible No managers around had to cancel my last day cause I seen bed bug. No one could help so I went to Hilton garden inn and Fairfield still CHARGED me I wasn’t sleeping there again knowing I saw bed bug. Pool was nasty dirty so cloudy you couldn’t see the steps. no bedding for the letoutcouch gave me bunch pillow cases no pillow though just one cover and one flat sheet had to ask for everything and was treated like I was bugging them. I paid for a suite for a reason. Not friendly at all my mom is older and I had to up root her to another hotel. Too much. They make the lobby nice but the rooms are horrible beds and all. Got to Hilton and was very comfortable. That 180 they charge me can’t compare to comfort I got at new hotel. Even staff was nicer and welcoming. I’m mad I didn’t leave the first issue with my TV not working and they kept lying on maintaince who never came to fix. Just wasted money and points.

great variety of breakfast, breakfast supposed to start 7 am, but items did not come out till 7:15, not even hot water, once out great variety, clean room, nice workout area; close to mall and shopping

breakfast was late, I was on a tight schedule so could not wait, almost 20 minutes after breakfast had to start, not even coffee or hotwater out.

It's was good ! We had asked to get clean the room. Also bring more flesh towel to the room. They came to the room on three day and cleaning it.

The only sore spot in my birthday weekend was my stay at Fairfield.

The hotel had a great number of people there and not enough food. They were cooking a little of time ; for example 4-5 pieces of bacon in the microwave at a time. It was terrible. We had to do a thorough cleaning in our room before we could even sit down. I was disappointed for my birthday weekend.

No complimentary breakfast; room was not clean and the staff was not friendly.

Never staying at this hotel

The location

my room was never cleaned. the staff was rude. I asked for linen to be delivered to my room since my room was never cleaned and the girl at the front desk told me I had to come get it myself. when I explained that my 3 year old whom is on the spectrum seems to be afraid of the elevator she told me there is no one to come and bring them. once I was downstairs I asked for a manager and all she said was sorry. I will never stay at this hotel again.

the pool was freezing and it was supposed to heated, we only stayed a few hours while they said it would be handled but never did so we checked out and we’re told all money would be refunded in a week but it never was and when I call they give me the run around, I’ll never stay there again, staff needs training
