A excellent trip that turned into a bad nightmare getting home do to greed of hotel management!

The property was amazing and the place was clean and enjoyable.

We had an Ada service animal with us and charges were made to the card after we checked out even when the portfolio stated all needed information and they claimed it wasn’t disclosed and charged fees for such and it’s written all over the reservation and they acknowledged the accommodation request when reservation was made. This turned this trip into a nightmare as it locked up the card that was to be used the entire trip, leaving us to have to drive the entire return trip of 13 hours due to compromising the funds needed for accommodations the evening of checkout.

Breakfast and staff are great! Great value for money!

It was quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and a lot of choices. Housekeeping came in and made bed and emptied garbage. That ceased other places during and after Covid. This was such a great surprise!

We had three people but each day only two towels. Had to go to front desk each day to get an additional towel. We had a king suite but no bedding for the sofa bed. Had to go to front desk to get bedding. Front desk should communicate number of guests occupying a room with Housekeeping. And there should always be bedding for sofa bed. The bottom of the bathtub is curved and made for difficult standing for 50+ year olds.

i locked myself out of my room and it was easy to gain access back, i went to the fromt desk told them who i was and what room i was in and they scanned a new card for me and i got back into my room

garbage cans only in bathroom and kitchenette area, should have been 1 in bedroom and near couch as well! other than that i have really nothing else bad to say about the room or the property itself.

It was ok. At least it was quiet and we got a good nights rest.

Location was good. Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

Price was too high for condition of property. Graduation weekend so prices were twice the normal rate. It was clean but our sheets were stained.

Short stay as we had to leave quickly after getting there to avoid a snow storm so did not stay.

The location was great, right off the interstate, so easy off and on

The hot tube was dirty, there was a brown film around the edge of the pool (ring around the tub), the water was grey when the tub was actually turned on. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk and he called someone in to fix the problem, so when he was doing that, there was no one at the front desk to check other people in or out.

Bed was comfy and the breakfast was nice but overall disappointed

Breakfast was really good!

We had hair in the tub from the previous guest. We had given our child a bath and their was a dirt line where the water was. We were really disappointed in that. We also had the room with the fancy tub in it but didn’t get our money back due to booking online. I messaged them but haven’t heard back. We also got a room with a kitchen but the kitchen literally had nothing in it. How are you suppose to use a kitchen when they don’t even have silverware. Would have been better and cheaper at an air bnb. When you book a kitchen it comes fully stocked in past stays at them.
