It was a great hotel stay for a quick family getaway in a perfect spot where the hotel accommodated our family very nice

We loved that the pool room and water temperature was very adequate for the family. Breakfast was very pleasant. We loved that the room tv had YouTube feature and the staff was attentive.

The water pressure of the bathroom shower was lower than expected, one small garbage can for an entire room was a bit inconvenient, & the left closet door opened just enough as the bed was refraining the closet door from opening fully. We had a difficult time with the room temperature as the cool function at 67 degrees took up to before checking out for the room to cool down.

Great hotel and great value!

I was greeted by friendly staff who was later happy to assist with providing additional bedding. The room we were given was a king suite and I liked the layout. The beds were very comfortable. You could tell things have been recently renovated and I felt it was tasteful. While the shower was narrow, I appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The water pressure and temperature was fantastic. My room was very clean and I greatly appreciated the extra pillows. I wanted to remark specifically on the breakfast provided. They have a woman preparing the breakfast daily and she made omelettes this morning that were delicious. She said that she makes something different everyday, she even cuts the salad fresh. This was so much better than the standard waffle maker most hotels provide you. The pool looked clean, even if it was a little overchlorinated smelling. We did not go in it however. The workout facilities look nice as well. Overall the hotel looked very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly. This stay was wonderful and relaxing.

I didn't have any negative experience. I would happily return!

Very good

reception personnel are very helpful and friendly (Latonya and another woman working there for 16 yrs) - location was good for my needs, with restaurants close by - set off road enough to be fairly quiet - several food options at breakfast

I thought renovations would be finished but were not: room and hallway need replacement: I kicked a 1" chunk of grout in bathroom - door key card reader worked only half of time - window not well sealed against cold, and heating unit was old, but did work ok - pool not working, but not big issue - one morning at breakfast: I tried 3 small milk carton containers and all were spoiled and I had sour milk (I told kitchen worker) - I arrived back late in evening and baked cookies were all gone, again not big issue

Wouldn't stay there again

Staff was nice but we had to ask during our week stay for everything- kleenex, t.p., towels, soap, shampoo, garbage bags and most of those items weren't in room to start.

Moldy shower curtain and disgustingly dirty carpet.

a nightmare

room stunk like smoke rug was filthy dirty and bald spots couch cushions full of stains opened the couch to put the sheets on the pull out and the mattress was disgusting full of stains and had particles on it !!!!!! there was no in hell that I was going to let my 2 grandchildren sleep in that filth…. we had to leave!!

The weekend breakfast was much better than the weekday. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The selection of breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, (we stayed over after we booked with booking.com) had a sparse selection compared to the weekend. The water was lukewarm in the shower and the sink.

location was great - room was quiet - women working at front desk are very friendly and easy to work with - hot breakfast has variety - room and hallways generally clean - good water pressure - plenty of parking - Starbucks across street

there was no hot breakfast on a few weekdays - used solvent to clean inside elevator doors and smell lasted several days - on previous stays, had cookies in evening, but told only on weekdays (and then not avail then - but woman at front desk did offer packaged cookies from Market) - rooms need remodel (ongoing in lobby area)

I stayed here 12 days on a business & personal trip.There was only one nice front desk clerk (older lady), the other one that worked in the morning was very rude & prejudice, 2 younger male maintenance workers was also rude, prejudice but only towards Caucasian paying customers. It appeared that racism towards Caucasians was their motive.Some guest's we're also discriminatory towards Caucasians in this area, very loud,cursing, fights,some guests were loud even playing ball,sports in the hallway outside guest's rooms late at night. In my room the carpets were stained bad. Not as nice as it should/could have been.This Was at one time a nice place but now unfortunately Some employees are selling drugs , possible prostitution & turning it into another "trap house." Beware!

We were all able to stay together in one room. The staff was fantastic about supplying whatever we needed.

The fridge has an ice build up that froze some of our food. Every time we left the room and came back in , it smelled musty.

The staff was very nice, especially under the conditions and stressful situation they had to work under

About the 5th day into the 30 stay there was a switchover in management and the rest was a total joke. We had to clean our own rooms! They tried 3 times with no success to get us a refrigerator that worked! Some days waiting to dinner time to get a clean towel! Absolutely nothing as far as vending machine snacks and NO BREAKFAST!! They kept saying they placed a order. EVER heard of a grocery store?? Was lucky if we got a bottle of water. If it was a Hampton Inn the entire 30 day stay would of been free!! And to top it off it’s been 7 weeks since we left the hotel and I get a $900 charge on my credit card! Seriously!!! Now I have to deal with that! I called and a manager STILL hash called me back. Had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company. Stay far far away from that hotel. Hope someone from the hotel or the Marriott reads this, maybe I’ll get a response!!!!

The front desk personnel were wonderful.

The breakfast might as well have been a bag of sugar. Why not provide packaged hard boiled eggs or small containers of hummus with cut up vegetables and pita chips. We ate at restaurants every day because of the poor quality of the bag breakfast.

The mattress was way too soft.
