Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

Facility was fairly easy to find for an out-of-towner. The front desk area was very nice and was fairly up-to-date. My room was on the third floor - the elevator was okay. My room was better than expected. The carpet looked new, the furniture was good. The bathroom was looking a bit old, but it was clean and everything worked okay. Overall, it met my needs and I was comfortable.

It didn't matter what day of the week - the breakfast was meager. They offered 2 cold cereals, packages of instant oatmeal, waffles, very small containers of yogurt and a few prepackaged pastries. That was it! There was no bread to toast, no bagels, no peanut butter and jelly. No fresh fruit. I ate breakfast there once, and the rest of the days I didn't bother. Coffee was better than what you can make in your room, but it wasn't very good. There's a Starbucks right down the street.

The first room I received was filled with men's cologne being that I have Sinus Problem I couldn't take the smell so one of your staff which was a female a accommodated me with a better room

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rest was very poor.

A choice of Froot Loops, Raisin Bran, or self-serve waffles, plus instant oatmeal with no way to measure the water one added, and peanut butter with nothing on which to spread it -- what kind of breakfast is that? The selection of yogurts was good, but that's not a whole breakfast. OJ was good. I don't drink coffee.

The aforementioned paltry breakfast. Also, the pool and spa were closed "for maintenance," and the vending machines were poorly stocked -- no diet cola, let alone caffeine-free diet; lots of empty slots and one machine tagged "out of order."

We just stayone night but I enjoyed it. The fire alarm went off shortly after we arrived and I felt

Location was fine. It was close to the relatives we were visiting.

My wife was upset that the swimming pool was closed.

My siblings and I were teated very well

You am not a fan of waffles wish there would have been fresh fruit I.e. bananas, grapes, apples would be a perfect easy addition. Our check in clerk was so hospitable, helpful and kind. Wonderful employee.

Everything was clean the bed was great we missed breakfast because we slept so well

No complaints the night before we stayed at la Quinta and Willowbrook and it was horrible

Disappointed

Lager party hard many of the room on the first floor , they blocked the enterences and exits, would not move when asked. They where loud and no one from the staff said anything. Kids where running up and down hallways while screaming.

Never stay at a Quality Inn

None of the machines were in working order...my "free" breakfast was a stale muffin and I had to buy a small orange juice for $2. There were no tables or chairs at which to sit. I left a wakeup call when I checked in, and when I found out I didn't need it I called the front desk and cancelled....or so I thought. At 3:45 my phone rang and 5 minutes later rang again so I called the front desk to remind them that it had been cancelled. The desk clerk, who did not speak English, must have not understood, because I got 2 more wakeup calls. I accidentally put this in the "like" area. There was nothing, absolutely nothing I liked about this place. I've actually told 2 people about this hotel, and they said, oh no everybody knows that Quality Inns are crappy. Well I know it now... I will never stay at another one.

It was disappointing.

decent size room and layout. comfortable bed.

Pool and hot tub were closed with no indication of such on website or booking.com broken ice makers and vending machines on first floor. Breakfast was bad. Broken juice machine, no milk. Only frozen packaged muffins and coffee, yogurt available.
