The best hotel in st charles

It was clean, The breakfast and coffee were amazing and convenient. The bartender was very nice. I love the lounge area, I was here for business, so it was a nice quiet area to study.

The wifi was slow.

I would stay again, but would definitely call them to make sure we had the correct room & amenities.

The hotel was good. The staff was friendly.

We had booked a double Queen room. When we got there, they only had king with sofa bed available. We had 2 adults and 3 kids but we made it work. It was very cramped. Also, the main reason we booked was because it had a pool for the kids. The pool was closed. That would have been nice to know beforehand. I’m not sure if the issues were because we used booking.com and the details weren’t relayed between them and the hotel or what.

Disappointing

I appreciated the bed, it was comfy and the dark curtains kept the light out. I loved that they had streaming options like Netflix etc. I cannot think of another good things.

When I arrived, they had my name mixed up. My first name was last and last name was first. Then the faucet in the bathroom was nasty with green soap scum as well as the shower head. Then the fire sprinkler was dusty! Tear in room carpet. Wobbly table in room. Bedsheet seemed too small for mattress. The housekeeping did NOT come replenish my towels, make my bed or empty my FULL trash when I was gone 7 hours. The elevator was broken. The noise was loud from the people next to me. The fridge hummmmmed all night long. Need to update to USB charging outlets. The bar was not open, ever. No breakfast was offered to me at all. The concierge refused to offer to deliver toothpaste to my room that I requested.

very clean and nice staff

website says they have a free shuttle and found out they have no shuttle!! Very disappointing since thats why I choose this Hotel.

This will be the place I stay in the Fox Valley. Excellent staff, location, value and accommodations.

Fresh, clean, pretty, modern, great location

Bathroom needed a bit of attention: stain in toilet and shower wallpaper peeled.

Room was very, very noisy all night. Loud fans below and above room. Also mattress and pillows were soft and mushy, poor quality for sleeping.

I booked a king balcony room however when I arrived they gave my room to someone else and gave me a double Queen without a balcony for same price. I stayed 2 hours and left. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the balcony. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I still am. I should get a refund or at least half my money back for the inconvenience and giving up my reservation to someone else when I booked this room days in advance. Truly unacceptable!!!!

Only thing I did not like about the property was there was no microwave in the room. Other than that it was good.
