We stayed just one night for a concert in town and the room was amazing and clean. The staff were very friendly!

Marriott should review this property and it’s standards

Nothing

No Housekeeping services for 3 nights, had to pick up towels at desk. No changing of bed linen. Breakfast disappointing. There is no restaurant only a lobby lounge with some food

Good enough we will stay there again.

Convenient to downtown & plenty of parking

Everything was good, a small complementary breakfast would be a bonus. The shower head in our room didn’t work the best either.

I reserved the hotel for three days because I did not know my flight plans. Couldnot cancel 3rd day

Could not cancel the third day of my stay. They said it was booking .com's fault for not refunding me the third day. Booking .com asked me to call the hotel, but did not help me beyond that.

Excelente hotel, ubicación, precio, limpieza.

Acabo de estar en este hotel (2 de septiembre). Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones perfectas, limpieza perfecta, la cama muy cómoda. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Excelente atención.

The first day was nice and second day I was harassed four times which made my stay very unpleasant.

I was interrupted four times during my stay. The house keeping manager beat on my door twice and told me I had to leave. A young child and a man came into my room while I was getting dressed. The front desk called to see if I was in the room and asked some questions. The staff that checked me in September 1 did not check me in for September 2. They did not communicate with the next shift. Please contact the Marriott at the Capital Indianapolis they approved the reimbursement for September 2 to my credit card. Thank you

I was not properly checked in on the first day of my two day stay.

Our rooms sofa sleeper had a stain on the sofa and the mattress had severaal stains on them. There was pill bottle on fl

Despite the couple of flaws, my stay was reasonable.

It was EXACTLY where I needed to be for work!

PARKING- $30 a night is DEFINITELY a bit steep! Also, there seemed to be a lack of hot water in my room the second day. The room also had a plastic wrapper and a few food items on the floor not only when I checked in, but after the cleaning crew came in.

Constant Siren

The accommodation is standard and functional. It might be described as "stayable" for a short stay. The location is walking-distance near IUPUI and downtown.

We got a room with improper a/c unit. After talking to the maintenance team at the site, a/c unit must be hacked for it to work, like setting temperature to 50f in order to activate cooling mode, or setting to 80f to trick the unit for heater mode. Thay said they had purchased new a/c but it never come. (iow, just live with an old a/c) The special thing at this location is that there seems to be constant siren through a night (at least, observed in my two-night stay). It seemed that police station is nearby and very active during a night. As the building is aged building, soundproofing is not that good. Footsteps from corridor can also be clearly heard. All these settings will make it hard to rest/sleep, especially for light sleeper.

Great service, great amenities, great location!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Multiple staff members would always welcome us back when we came in! We were in town for a conference but had to leave early as both my roommates contracted covid. We originally booked room and parking for three days, but they allowed us to check out early and did not charge us for the last day. :) Free wifi worked better than you'd expect from a hotel.

Website is not clear that parking is $30 a night. Was not a surprise to us as we found this information in past reviews, but it would be nice to see upfront.
