Location, convenient and comfortable
Staff level of service is ok but can be much better. Checking in was troublesome bcuz of an issue with the credit card machine and they kept blaming me. I had to put on $600 cash for them to check me me. The next day the machine worked and it turns out it was the hotels problem! The day of checking out they knocked on my room 3 times for me to check out and threatened me with an extra charge. I left 12:30 instead of 12!!! That’s a very nasty way to treat a guest. Note that I’m and elite gold no bonvoy member

there were some problems with the elevators, and there weren’t enough hooks or places to hang towels in the bathroom. I’m not sure if there were any.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel and my room were very clean. The comfort of the bed was wonderful!! We were close to the pool and I never heard any noises in my room.
The elevator was broken for part of the stay with no signs saying it was out of order. My main complaint was the 13.00/day parking and 12/day WiFi fees that were not disclosed when booking. I would just raise the cost of stay for parking and offer free WiFi like every other hotel I have ever stayed at does.

Location is perfect. Lobby area is spacious and welcoming. Friendly staff.
Only 1 elevator working and never could find the stairs. A bit of a wait to go up or down.

Great location near MSU campus & easy to walk to many restaurants. The check-in team was very friendly & patient as they could not find the Booking.com reservation but made it work anyway & then contacted Booking.com (and actually told me they were impressed with the Booking.com team also.
No complimentary breakfast & I was so busy with wedding reception setup & tear down, I did not get to fully enjoy my brief stay.

The room was so narrow that we had to practically grapevine to the bathroom. For $200, I should be able to walk straight forward and not like it’s an obstacle course.

Fantastic location for MSU events. The room was really nice and comfy.
One of the elevators was out of order, so we had to wait an exceptionally long time for the lift.

front desk told me to log in wifi for a fee and it will be removed at check out. the fee was not removed. my calls to the accounting department Debbie, general manager Eric and front desk manager Sophie went unanswered. I left multiple detailed messages and no one called me back

Great location
Bedding was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. We set temp to 72 and it stayed around 81 all night. Those, coupled with a loud party that was scheduled until midnight and spilled out in to the hallways for several more hours, made it a sleepless night. Horrible
