Highly recommend, exceeded my expectations

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to stay an extra night unexpectedly and booking the same room was no issue at all. Was able to get late checkout at no extra cost. Highly recommend! Oh, and it smells really good everywhere you go in this hotel. Smells clean and refreshing.

There was a Navy Federal next door.

There needs to be a lot of upgrades. Hotel looks like it hasn’t been renovated in 20+ years.

I had a good time staying at this resort even though was a Short stay, the room was large enough.

Breakfast, and the staffs were very friendly, especially at the check in desk and breakfast room were very helpful when needed help.

The breakfast and the crew were fabulous. They loved to interact with the guests and we greatly appreciate each and every one of the breakfast crew !

Tasha and Michael were great. An evening front desk was so rude, my daughter picked up snacks at the front desk and wanted to pay cash and the front desk clerk told her it was too much drama for cash payment. She asked did she want it billed to the room and my daughter told her no and put everything back !

Won’t be back.

The bed was cozy

2nd night I asked for cups for the coffee after noticing there weren’t any. Spoke with the desk attendant and was told she couldn’t get me cups. So when I went looking for them under the cabinetry where the creamers and utensils were, I noticed old food and cereal scattered underneath the cabinets . OPEN cereal. Also saw bugs in my room.

1. Requested type of room was not given 2. Requested the rooms to be close to each other but that was not given 3. Front desk staff at check-in gave incorrect information about breakfast timing

Exceptional

Breakfast was good. The space in the studio was big. Also they were able to join my parents room right next door to us. Loved it.

The pool didn't look clear so we didn't go swimming.

They promised me refund in reward points but nothing came in.

It is close to Virginia beach

There was mold growing in bathroom. There was cockroch in sink. I got pictures for everything. Hotel had false alarm around 2:00 am. I arrived in hotel around mid night. I was not able take enough sleep because of that alarm.

Passable

The breakfast really surprised me. The young man who prepared my fresh omelet was amazing. The pool was dirty as was my microwave.

Not being able to use the filthy pool. Most staff were friendly. One of the receptionists has a very negative disposition.

Good

The staff was great and we loved the breakfast. Antoinette, who works with the breakfast staff and Mr. White was the best and did an excellent job of making our stay extra amazing.

The first room we were assigned had a terrible smell that seemed to be coming from the room next door. We were moved to another room that had a steady leak from the bathtub and was disturbing at night..
