Location to airport and food was convenient

Rooms had hardly any outlets and phone chargers. The desk outlet was hidden and no outlets by one bed, had to use the vanity outlet. Unfortunately kids were running up and down halls with no supervision and hotel didn’t seem to notice. The children were running at late hours too.

Relaxed

Location is great. But could be a little cleaner in the hallways,room etc. Otherwise, good place for vacationing.

Started to late

There is no service done to the rooms , I had to get my own clean towels they did not change the 1 trash can instead they had a large trash can in the hall way for you to dump the 1 can in the room then you had to go to the front desk to get a bag to go in the 1 small can

Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Location was good & staff were pleasant.

Parking lot was too dark, long wait time at front desk, dirty covers & sheets (visibly dirty), dirty sink (Grim & Hair), shower door didn’t keep water from soaking the floor, and breakfast area was not organized nor served in a sanitary fashion (everyone crowded in a small area with no traffic control and no gloves or sanitizer). My sisters room was just as bad. If it was just my wife and I, we would have looked for another place to stay.

The staff was very responsive to our request, to move to another room, to provide breakfast after the official hours.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the room was under our expectations. Cockroach was in our first room.

We made a reservation for Sleep Inn but when we went to the desk we were told there was no reservation. I gave the woman at the desk our confirmation number and we were informed that our reservation was for Quality Suites. When we checked out we were not given a receipt and, despite calling and requesting a receipt, we have still not received one.

Everyone was super friendly and were very welcoming during our stay!

I thought the price of the room and the breakfast had a great deal for our stay.

We did have a neighbor that were yelling and being loud at 2 in the morning, but other than that it was perfectly fine.

Passable

Staff were able to move me to a handicap ♿️ suite after my first night. Food was good and buffet staff were helpful and friendly. Courtyard was sunny and private.

Noisy, hallways reeked of Marijuana 24/7. Had to empty my own trash. Room wasn't cleaned and beds never changed or towels offered in entire 8 days that I stayed there. Hallways and stairwell littered with trash.

room was so hot air didn’t work, pool was down all 3 days, 1st and 2nd floor smelled like weed so strongly instantly light headed, breakfast was horrible ran out of food by 8:30 saturday morning, no parking had to park at the shopping center and walk across the street! worse hotel experience i have ever had!

Ok to sleep not to eat

Bed was comfortable and rooms quiet.Nice hot shower.

No hot water in the sink. No microwave in room and the breakfast was horrible. The supervisor at the breakfast area was very rude when asked about the lack of items. Alis she was going around the male guest in the breakfast seating area sniffing them to see who cologne she was smelling. Not professional at all.
