Уютный номер. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Расположение отеля удобное. Хороший завтрак.

Ремонт на 3 этаже. Никто не предупреждает что идет ремонт в отеле. Начинают ремонт в 8 утра. Мешают спать. Носят материалы и мебель через общий лифт.иногда надо долго ждать лифт так как он занят строителями. Второй лифт не работает. За 8 дней пребывания Уборка была 3 раза наверное. Полной уборки со сменой белья не было ни разу. Делать уборку приходят в 8 утра. Мы были на отдыхе. В это время мы еще спали.

Fantastic trip to Palo -@

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen so we were very comfortable. The daily breakfast was amazing and a highlight of our stay

Loved it!

Everything. This was our first experience of a Residence Inn. It will not be our last. We were pleasantly surprised.TheStaff were very helpful and polite. We felt safe.

Thought the daily parking rate was expensive.

Terrible. Worst hotel experience I've ever had any where in the world. And I've been all over.

Terrible service. Understaffed hotel that thinks they provide excellent service... but they don't. The facility is older and has some issues with latches that lock on you when you try to get into your room, tv's that don't shut off, and brown stains on the toilet that looks like poop but we were told that it wasn't and that the facility is old and therefore has stains... which is normal ..." I tried reaching front desk after 9:30 pm on the day we arrived to ask how to shut the tv as it would not turn off... but after about 10 tries no one picked up... I told this to the management in the morning and they said they trust their staff and that someone indeed was on duty.... ( so I guess I must have made it up??) The management is rude and not pleasant... though they think they are very pleasant. Never experienced service such as this. And repeatedly was told this was not a full service facility so I should not expect full service... We left and found a new place which was WONDERFUL... called Dinah's Garden. I don't recommend staying here if you are used to service and staffing.

More staffing, staff that gives the client the service they need and does not insult them. Update and take care of things that are broken rather than blame the age of the hotel...

LOUD AIR CONDITIONER UNIT COULD NOT SLEEP SLL NIGHT. I wish I could add video to this review do you could hear how loud the air conditioning unit was!!!!

Very good choice of venue for us

Location good near plenty of stores and restaurants. Quiet although though on a busy road. Garden was a real bonus. Good breakfast. Courteous and very helpful staff

I booked through booking.com and then found out the room was $70 cheaper through the Marriott site. Bookkng.com was not

the staff were very helpful and the room design was perfect for what we needed.
