During all the days of our stay, our room was never cleaned, the towels were not changed, the soap and all the amenities

During all the days of our stay, our room was never cleaned, the towels were not changed, the soap and all the amenities were not refreshed every day. They didn't even take the trash from the room. I am very very upset with the service in the hotels, I will not stay with you anymore. Before that, we lived in the Hilton Passadena, and this is the earth for comparison, I always thought that the Hilton hotel chain was great, but it turned out not. It was very unpleasant

Over all my stay was good and would come back again

Quite comfortable clean the staff was helpful and nice

The breakfast was not hot it was at room temperature. The sausage potatoes and eggs not at proper temperature. Not sure if the warmers were not on or working to keep hot food at proper temperatures. But all the variety to choose from was excellent.

My new go to in Palo Alto.

Uber/Lyft distance from all the venues in the area. It had a full kitchen, and the bathroom was clean. We had a newborn baby in the room next door and literally couldn’t hear them cry at all! The sound insulation was great. Neighborhood felt super safe. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful!!

Exceptional

"May" the reception was very professional, pleasant, and patient, taking her time to help me set up my Hilton Honors rewards. The receptionist staff were friendly and made you feel very welcomed.

There is nothing to report. Everything was very well done, from the receptionist, the rooms, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Enjoyed my stay that I stayed another night. Very peaceful and the rooms were very clean and quiet. I will return again.👍👍

Best value in Palo Alto for longer stays 7B

Modern, immaculate and well-appointed suites. Exceptional staff! Outlet to charge our EV. I won't be staying anywhere else on my periodic trips to Palo Alto as long as they keep this up. Our trip was complicated by a need to change dates of stay when we tested positive for COVID ( first time ever, even though we are both front line health care workers) and they couldn't have been more accommodating when we suddenly felt ill and needed to stay. They even booked my extended reservation for me when they could tell I wasn't well.

Someone with mobility problems might want to know that there are only 2 elevators separated from each other by a very long hallway. One elevator is at the lobby/dining room end and the other leads to the garage (crucial if you have an electric car). So my husband had to choose to be closer to his car and to forego breakfast. I did the hiking back and forth for trips to the lobby, which was just too much for him. It would be good to know about this in advance; if you have an e-car stay close to the garage elevator on any floor, and if you don't have special parking needs, stay on the first floor at the lobby end.

Will stay here again and recommend for price value in a seriously overpriced area.

Great hotel for a stay in this area. Great staff, excellent service, large rooms, everything works well. Plenty of plugs for the myriad of electronics we carry around. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher; bar-size sink and stove stop. Our room had a king bed in a separate bedroom with its own TV and a sofa bed in a sitting room area with its own TV. Also had a worktable with comfortable chairs.

Kitchen counter surface was not clean. 2 luggage carts for the entire facility. Coffee maker needs to be updated. Again, room cleaning is difficult to accomplish after covid.

Comfortable and clean. Bed was nice.

Elevator button to my floor was missing. I came back from a long day at Stanford hospital because my wife just had surgery, to an Elevator that couldn't get me to my floor. When I made it to the front desk i told them about the Elevator. The older gal said, there's the stairs. I'm somewhat disabled & I had a piece of luggage with me. I was extremely frustrated with that gal when the other, young gal jumped up and said I'll run up, and push the ground floor button. She was a lifesaver & very kind.

Great stay for our needs

I booked because we manage allergies and I need a full kitchen. The room was great. Front staff was great. Pool Was awesome even though it wasn’t heated our kids had fun.

Pool wasn’t heated. Could not check out latex we err there for a tournament and our final game was pushed later. A late check out would have been nice, but otherwise I do not have complaints.

Clean and comfortable with great breakfast

Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was bedding for the pull out couch already in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We felt this was a great value for a family and look forward to staying again.

The hotel is OK for the money. The room was good, but bit shabby.

The quality of breakfast has definitely gone down from earlier years - quite limited like for example no fresh juices or cheeses/sausage for bread available.
