Great place to stay

Beautiful clean with a great breakfast. I thought it was a bit expensive, but worth it

The bathroom amenities were very low budget but still a great place to stay. I think that for what I paid the bathroom and coffee amenities should have been top shelf.

No Robe in room

The bed was comfortable

I had to call down to the front to request a robe which wasn't available until 11pm way after I had my shower and was ready to relax after a long drive. They were sent up at 11:25 pm as requested for his shower.

Perfect location but the rooms need to be updated for the price you pay.

Love the location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable.

For the price things could be upgraded. Things in the room are outdated.

My stay wasn’t bad at all but it could have been better still waiting on my refund.

I loved the location very convenient. The shower was awesome and the size of the room was nice. The parking garage was a nice touch. This hotel has one of the best irons I’ve ever used at a hotel and the drinks at the bar were great.

The hotel was alright just a little outdated. The bar system was down so we had no choice but to charge it to our room. Lastly I was charged twice although at checkout I was assured that wouldn’t happen as of today I still haven’t received my refund. I also called the hotel for three consecutive days before I was able to speak with someone.

The hotel is over rated, over priced, and could benefit from more amenities.

I liked the location.

No balcony in all the rooms, no one notified us that there was a tv in the mirror in the bathroom, so we missed out on that experience. No microwave in the rooms for all that money. No indoor pool/spa anymore. False picture advertising online.

The price for this hotel was kind of expensive. Its Raleigh, not Los Angeles

The price for the value is way out of pocket. Should have been a 200 a night hotel, my bill should have been 675 ish with taxes, not 884

Disappointed, a misunderstanding which could’ve been rectified

the location

I booked on booking.com for my wedding day and honeymoon stay. I requested for my room to be turned into a honeymoon suite which they said they could accommodate and we returned to a regular room. we were disappointed to say the least. I inquired with the front desk and the property said they booking.com never relayed that message to them. And the never offered to do anything to assist.
