Enjoyed our stay, just a little weekend getaway for my 4 year old who enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Nice Appearance, but you can't always go by just what you see!

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom soaps and lotions were great. When we were able to get breakfast it was good.

The information that the staff gave us was wrong for the breakfast hours so we were only able to take part in that for one morning. We needed more towel and washcloths and we were told that the hotel was out of towels and washcloths and we would have to wait a few hours to get fresh ones. We never were told that there was not enough staff to clean our room until we called the front desk to inquire why our room was not cleaned. I slipped in the bathroom because I thought that there was grip inside, there was nothing to keep you from slide down. I had to hold on to the handle to take a quick show. There was some kind of construction going on upstairs above our room early in the morning and we called to complain and was told there should not have been anyone in that room. No one checked to see or even called us back to see if the noise had continued.

Ok but wouldn’t stay here again

The rooms are very noisy, so thin walls. We could hear all kinds of activity when trying to sleep. There was a group of kids there for a soccer tournament which was the cause I believe, but it honestly sounded like gymnastics on the floor above us. Not great when trying to sleep before a marathon. Also, requested room service and no one came until last day of our stay, (4 nights) and by then we were checking out in the morning so just said pass. But we ran out of toilet paper, towels, and had to fetch our own, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but apparently the hotel ran out of toilet paper and the lady basically said she hasn’t nothing to give me and not her problem. I was dumbfounded. She eventually gave us a roll from another room that wasn’t being used. Also during breakfast kept running out of coffee so I think they need to manage inventory better.

When a girls soccer team arrived in Friday and the loud talking by parents and kids in hallways and rooms kept us up/ woke us up.

The location of the hotel

Requested extra towels and bedding sheets from front desk and it took several hours because there were none available. Finally, a maintenance guy was sent to room with a few towels and as I opened my door he dropped all the linen on the floor. Therefore, I had to wait for a shift change with different personnel working at the front desk to obtain fresh clean linen. Also, when entering the elevator for first time there was water in the elevator. I had to notify someone to clean up spill.

Unless front of house service improves, would not stay here again.

Breakfast was better than we had hoped. Cleaning staff and food staff were nice. Pool and gym were good.

Front of house did not help us. Room wasn't set up for our child as requested. Didn't clean the room for 3 days. Didn't have towels at the pool nor provided us extra towels or toilet paper. TV's on in the breakfast area are such a bad experience especially when it's all war and gun violence stuff and you have a seven year old you need to sit with their back to the tvs.

No plug in restroom, the breakfast was horrible! Not enough food when people were in-line and what they had was burned! Not enough trash bags, trash was over flowing in eating area!

Was a nice stay for what we expected. Had a dr appt and had to get a hotel. Kids liked the pool.

It wasn’t over crowded. Also bathroom had Dove soaps and lotions which were nice and useful.

The linens felt older.

this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in I’ve paid and they said that I didn’t pay so it was a bunch of confusing, but I would never go there. They racial profile me. so if you’re black, this is not the place for you.
