Comfortable and convenient

The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean.

The TV was difficult to find local channels like the 10:00 news

Redding stay

Very helpful staff, especially the evening staff. Updated bathrooms and great bed. Lots of device plugins.Very good breakfast even though the morning staff was only 1 young lady and it was a busy motel.

Hotel with Indoor pool at this price point was perfect after driving from redwood forest...the hotel feels dated, but the owners have made attempts to make the living space comfortable for guests. Breakfast was fine with simple hotel standards No foul/mold smells in building...the location was off main strip and felt safer then others. The staff was very nice to speak with.

Near area are several homeless and didn't know if our car would damaged or if items would stolen...we were fine, but I understand why there cameras on every floor And outside.

Superb

The morning breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from, great for the kids. Especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool area. Liked the security of the entry doors at all entrances. Likes that the location wasn't right off the freeway.

We were there for my training for a new job and we stayed Monday through Friday and we loved iy.

The bed was comfortable it was very clean and my wife loved the mirror with the light.

There wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect.

Can accommodate all vehicles.

If you're traveling with a truck and trailer they have actual parking just for that! The staff was great. Every single person we encountered said something as you passed them. The lady handling the breakfast was constantly overlooking everything to make sure it was full for the next person.

I'm not saying it's bad cause the building was upkept very well but it's a little older feeling.

Very road weary Road Warrior.

The ease of booking a room while on the road.

The room smelled of stale smoke permeated the room. This is a "smoke free" motel. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. This is problematic. Stained carpet. But after 12 hours on the, it sufficed.

Dog-friendly moderately priced hotel

The hotel was off the main street. There was very little noise from traffic. Easy to get in and out of the hotel to explore town. Friendly staff seemed eager to help.

They are a dog-friendly hotel. I brought my Frenchie with me. Unfortunately, our neighboring room had a dog that barked, howled, and whined all hours of the day and night. Our room didn't match the property photos. We lacked a desk and sitting area. The hot tub was advertised but it was closed what appeared to be permanent. The pool was nice but too cold for relaxing my muscles.

Hot tub in room even though it wasn't clean. Had to clean it before we even filled it

The price! Very dirty. Blood stains on carpet. Floor Wasn't vacuumed. Shower/ tub was dirty. The furniture was absolutely disgusting. Look like it came out of a dumpster. And I paid $200 for one night. It could be worth it if the room was halfway decent. But I've stayed at a run down motel 6 and the rooms were nicer there.

It was clean

This is the second time i stayed the first time was really nice comfortable bed but this time I was right next to the food area and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I could hear everything in the food area during breakfast which was very un easy to sleep.

Nice place- would stay here again!

The double queen pet-friendly room was clean and spacious. It had a fridge with freezer so we could refreeze our blue ice. Good location, just off freeway, within walking distance of fast food after a long day of driving. Instead we went downtown to Final Draft brewing that had heated patio and dogs were allowed.

There was some confusion on pet fee. We called ahead to make sure we were assigned room for pets. Then we were charged for pet fee twice but they fixed it before we checked out. Not a real problem.
