Bad

You charged me twice and refused to refund me. I have 7 more trips to this area planned, and I will not be staying at any Marriott hotel ever again.

I was double charged, I have proof and no refund. I will never stay here again

the staff was accommodating, spacious and clean rooms

the rooms were clean and spacious

the area at first seemed somewhat run down, before we actually got to the property breakfast ran out like over an hour before the time was over and it wasn’t replenished

I need a softer bed than this so I wouldn’t stay again.

The employee at check in was nice. The lobby and downstairs area was nice. We didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that, but the man who checked us in did tell us about it.

My biggest problem is the beds are super uncomfortable/way too firm. We got a king bed in our room and it was like lying on the floor. The ice machine was broken (at least on our floor, I don’t know if there were ones I could have gone and found on other floors) so I couldn’t get ice. I tried last night before we went to bed and again in the morning in case it had just (for some reason) been turned off for the night, but nope. Couldn’t get ice to fill our cups before we left to get on the road which is something I always do at hotels, so I didn’t like that. Biggest problem was the bed though. Woke up with a backache.

Location to where we need to go was good, most of the staff were ok

The gave another guest a key to our room so at 11pm she walks in thinking she in coming into her room to find 2 people sleeping. Scared me and my husband half to death as well as the poor woman. Who enter the room and management didn't even call to make sure everything was ok. Next morning we did ask for the room to be re-keyed and was told management would contact us be never heard a peep.

location was good...

Two of the three of us are allergic to feathers and all of the pillows were feather only. I ask for foam at the front desk and they said they had already given all of them out as the hotel was full that night. My daughter and I ended up sleeping on towels from the bathroom. Not a good night's sleep for us. Also, dining/breakfast area needs a microwave oven.

It was fine for what we needed.

Location was good for us. Breakfast was nice. For the money it didn't seem much different than any other places we've stayed.

Bed was as hard as the floor. When asked the desk personnel about it, he said all the beds are the same. However, the next day discussed it with another personnel and she was able to switch us to a room where the beds were firm but not as hard as the original bed.

Location good but for a Marriot hotel very disappointed.

Breakfast was good and good selection. Staff was very nice during checking.

One of the beds was not made and pillow were not good ( should have one firm and one soft on bed. Also bathroom was not clean well floor was dirty and had hair.

Disappointing.

Location was convenient but I could hear truck traffic Friday night late.

The thermostat cover was missing and the button to move AC up or down was hanging on a wire with the circuit boards exposed. I was able to use the button to turn down cool air. But it might have been a safety hazard. I told the front desk at ~ 8 pm Friday after I checked in. They could not move me because there were no empty rooms. I asked them to get maintenance to fix it on Saturday. I was so tired Saturday night when I got back to the room at 9:30 pm and found it was not fixed. I was too tired to call the front desk and have someone fix it that night and was leaving in the early am Sunday. I am just amazed that a maintenance person would leave the unit without the cover. Also, when I checked in and got room keys, they did not work on the door and I had to come back down with my bags to get the front desk to fix it. This happened to 2 other co-workers at the same time.

Beautiful place, great service but you'll pay for it, up to you.

The man who checked me in was amazing. Tried everything he could to get me a fan to sleep with. Service was absolutely fantastic. And the property is beautiful.

I thought the price was high. Nice place but let's be honest, it was a place to sleep at midnight so I thought it was outrageous but isn't everything these days. Guess I better get use to it.

Never coming back

I kept getting woke up by the breakfast staff slamming stuff around from 5am/ 7:30 no sleep between that and the highway DONT STAY IN ROOM 108!! The staff discount me 30$ but that doesn’t help with no sleep
