I enjoyed the staff and atmosphere but lack of staff and broken TV was disappointing.

The desk attendant was professional, courteous, and helpful. He made every effort to address our concerns though it proved futile. There needs to be more staff because he was doing too much alone. The atmosphere was nice and clean overall. Also, your staff members specifically the housekeeper were very friendly, kind, and professional in their interactions and overall service.

More staff in the second and third shift. When calling the hotel to confirm my reservation i had to call several times before someone answered. Then the TV did not work at all, which was very disconcerting especially since my young niece and nephew came to visit. Also, I was only compensated with $10 off my room. This room was supposed to be handicap accessible but the bathroom was small and could not close the door while the wheelchair was in it.

We would not stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels near by

Breakfast was nothing special, tables were never clean, washed them myself before sitting down.

We were there for 3 nights and never saw housekeeping, when we asked at the desk why our room had not been touched by housekeeping in 3 days, we were told " I don't know". Very unacceptable

Clean hotel, has pool, no hot tub

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast included

No hot tub, rooms smaller than most Hamptons, no option for a couch bed. So rooms only really fit 4 max comfortably. We made do though.

Very nice

The breakfast was wonderful. A wonderful selection and the staff was extremely helpful. We had an issue starting our car when we were ready to leave and the staff helped us and we were on our way.

Conveniently located to the highway exit. Decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The facility is extremely nice and I would highly recommend this property!

Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of options.

Trash was not emptied during our 3 night stay. I had to ask one of the maids in the hall to empty it for us.

Frustrating

The overall room layout

They allowed people to rent their conference room leaving their hotel hotel guest no place to park. It was horrible and when brought to their attention, they admitted it but left us on our own to park on the dangerous highway!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it. since it was good stopping point for us on our way to our designation, we opted to stay here, again.

I don't like the idea of going through a third party to reserve a room. It seems that when you go through a third party it is cheaper and that isn't right!. That's one reason I never have used your rewards package. Maybe, I am looking at it wrong. I only travel about once a year.
