Overall nice

Used for wedding weekend Need attention to the tub. I also didn’t like being given an handicapped accessible room without notice

Breakfast was very good, good food and good sekection. Helpful staff. The room was so much more than a hotel room, especially nice kitchen.

Suited our needs.

Our room was quiet and of a nice size. We were visiting family so the location worked for us. A good enough selection for breakfast from breads, cereals, yogurt, to eggs and sausage. Bedding was comfortable and the AC worked great.

There were dishes in the dishwasher that hadn’t been put away. Bring your own soaps and shampoo, theirs were super harsh. Pool was closed during our 4-day stay. Not sure if they intended to make repairs or not.

Very good location close to shopping, bars,, restaurants and with very nice, comfortable facilities.

Breakfast was served from 6:00am-9:00am daily. That's not convenient for leisure travelers. Also, for unknown reasons, my room was not cleaned during my entire 3 day stay. This occurred even though I specifically requested cleaning on 2nd day. This failure diminished my impression of the hotel.

Convenient Location, Very Clean, and relaxing stay at this location!

The Wi-Fi/Cable was bad but it may have been due to the weather, room service was not easily accessible as I was there for my 3day stay I could’ve use some extra clean everything! And the breakfast was not good ! I usually like hotel breakfast but I would visit again ! I had a kitchen so that fixed my breakfast problem !

it was a great stay, all the staff was extremely friendly.

the space in the room was nice.

some areas were not cleaned, the drawers in the dressers, bathroom vanity & kitchen cabinets felt as though they have a powder grit in them. the coffee pot in the room was not washed. last, the breakfast could’ve been better, all they served for their hot breakfast was carbs…waffles along with biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels & English muffins, cereals & loaf cakes. a protein with a hot breakfast would’ve been nice.

Dirty, neglected, bed bug infested!!!

Location for our purposes was good

The room was dated, ripped carpet, stained arm chair, hair in bathroom drawers, punch mark in bedroom door, and last but not least the children woke up full of bites, investigated the mattress they slept on and there was bed bugs!!! Absolutely disgusted with General cleanliness, the way management have neglected to deal with it even with photographic evidence...wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!!

A room with the things needed that we asked for fire place 2 bedrooms separate from the open living room and kitchen with a few of us hot tub with a room at the hotel now I'm not going with the things I needed to know and hotel never called back to me it's Xmas no where to stay my booking was for 9 days they put 2 rooms wrong hotel and never called me about anything

Great staff. Clean, but a little noisy.

Front desk and staff were great! Very friendly

Noisy up stairs neighbors. Although non smoking hotel, we could smell smoke in the hallways.

It was good! We would choose it again!

The location worked well for us! We were impressed with the “built up/new” surroundings. We liked having a full refrigerator! Staff was very friendly!!

We understand that COVID is a factor, but breakfast was not very impressive

Room was dirty upon arrival , pet hair was on furniture, housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning room. Floor wasnt vacuum. Price too high to have outdated tv and furniture.
