Will avoid if at all possible in the future.

The room itself wasn't terrible. Sheets were clean and furniture seemed to be clean as well.

The door did not properly close and light could be seen through it from the hallway outside. Talking to other guests showed they had similar issues with their doors. The internet did not work at all our first night, even after I paid extra for faster, lower latency internet service. Guests above our room were incredibly noisy and it sounded as if we were in a rented apartment with the amount of stomping that could be heard in our room all morning and evening. Bistro area was not open nearly long enough and coffee couldn't even be found past 9:30am even if I wanted to pay for it, and the bistro wasn't open at all our first day due to a cook being out that day with a sick child. Upon checking out, the woman at the front desk was unnecessarily rude toward us and would barely look at us when asking for a receipt for my stay, as she was seemingly frustrated with someone on the phone at the time.

NO HOT WATER!!

We have stayed there many times before and are Marriott Bonvoy members. The location is very good - close to Dartmouth College - our destination.

The shower did not work - there was NO HOT WATER!!! We both were forced to take COLD showers....not a nice way to start off the day. (The sink had hot water so it was something wrong with the shower - we didn't have the time to call downstairs and wait for someone to come up to look at it) We explained this upon checkout and all we received was an apology. Considering we are Marriott members and have stayed at that location multiple times over the last 4 years, we thought something should have been done to compensate us for our miserable stay.

Disappointed

The restaurant was not open for dinner which surprised me because in the information about the hotel it said it was. I had to buy a frozen dinner to heat up in my room. Breakfast was just ok

Weird menu-how did you choose the items over ones not chosen and the prices! Overpriced. When so many hotels have a free breakfast. We drove a few miles into town and had a delicious breakfast at Lou's. Also, there were no directions that restaurants and shopping was off of route 89. We drove around the area for about 30 mins in the dark and finally bought dinner at a nearby grocery store and ate in our room. Only after we got back to the hotel and inquired about the lack of restaurant options did we find out about the shopping area off of route 89-never would have guessed being from out of the area. Only 1 hook in the room?

Reliable quality of Courtyard

The location was perfect for a stop along the freeway, but quiet! Liked that the Coop Grocery Store was nearby. Offered what one would expect from Courtyard in terms of room quality and friendliness of staff.

The breakfast itself was fine, but there was only one staff person doing everything--making lattes, taking breakfast orders, microwaving the hot dishes, and bussing. Had to wait awhile.

Dartmouth Nana

I drove up to leave my granddaughter at Dartmouth. We were up over 24 hours. We were able to have food at the hotel, and freshly baked cookies was a plus. I will stay again.

Do not book a room with breakfast included.

The bed is very comfortable as well as the towels. There were only three pillows in my bed. Big TV screen and spacious room. Very quiet hotel even though there were a lot of guests.

I book a room with breakfast included. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel told me there was no such option. I had to show my reservation through Booking. They offered me a U$10 voucher which does not cover the costs of the menu option.

I loved it here! Second best hotel in Lebanon & Hanover.

The bed & pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The facility was quiet.

There was food stuck to the floor. I’m pretty sure they tried to get it out but it seemed stuck there.

We found this hotel to be cozy, convenient, and a great value.

This is basically across the street from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and adjacent to a lovely co-op style grocery store, the liquor store, and restaurants. You couldn't find a better location if you're visiting someone at the hospital.
