Nice but room smelled moldy because of the broken toilet

Very convenient location Fantastic staff

It is getting very run down. The room is clean but the toilet was cracked. The panel in the elevator was broken. Maintenance seemed to be lacking.

The front desk staff were nice but this wasn’t a experience.

The room was spacious.

Horrible smell in hallways like chemicals, I thought it was the first day only. Secondly the TV didn’t work the entire time. The housekeeper replaced the remote and it still didn’t work. Luckily we had our laptop and hdmi cord. Lastly a large roach came in the room and was crawling on the wall. The showers had paint peeling from them. I’ve actually stayed at this one before and had never experienced these things. I’m not sure if I was given a bad room or anything but it was embarrassing being that I invited everyone to stay there because I had previously had a great experience

Great stay!

Our stay was great. It was very quiet and clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The location was perfect because it was close to the interstate, shops and restaurants. I love that it also had a bar downstairs (we didn’t eat at the restaurant, but we did go to the bar). There was also a small convenient store, although the prices were very expensive, which is expected. Another plus was that they provided the use of the indoor pool, which we didn’t get a chance to use, but that was also a plus!

Great location with lots of nearby amenities, including the Yorktown battle field. The coffee and the little gym are nice.

The window air conditioners are effective, but incredibly noisy, making sleep difficult.

location and the rooms seems to be renovated (except the bathroom)

the bathrooms. definitely needs renovation. I also didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot. it was clean but it didn’t feel CLEAN CLEAN if you know what I’m saying.

wonderful location, easy check in and out, great staff, bed was super comfortable and clean

the hot water in my room stayed hot for about 3 mins. thought I couldn’t figure out the shower but when I washed my face at the sink, the water never got hot. the bathroom was clean but there were some old stains and marks nothing that the housekeepers could fix or clean.

Just wonderfully Amazing

everything! everyone here is always so PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and so so pleasant. every time we come back home to Newport News visit family in Kiln Creek, the only place we will stay! The staff, can’t even begin to tell you all the amaze, even though upon checking in, the app stated every other day room turndown , they came in everything day, with out us even asking!!!! just amazing, we will see you all July 4th-July 10th!

only con, no dogs allowed at this property.

The fumes from the hot tub that burned my throat. The saggy mattress on the bed and 2 drawers for 2 people for a 6 day stay.

My family and I enjoyed the stay, we loved that the location had a lot of restaurants around and we didn’t have to reall

The Morning and Night Staff were Awsome!! Great conversations as well as we needed extra towels and they came to our room immediately.

The only problem my family and I had run into was that the jacuzzi was very cold and never warmed up.
