Overall, it was a nice stay, good view, pleasant staff and a good location.

Like the location. The amenities were nice. The room was comfortable.

They never made the beds but would change the towels and not give us enough every day. Also, breakfast wasn’t free and the restaurant was expensive .

Good value for location, not a family spot.

The location was great. Staff was very welcoming.

Odd smell in the room coming from the a/c but nothing intolerable. Gets a little loud at night and there’s a good bit of partying but I get it- it was a Saturday night during the summer at the beach. I was traveling with my young daughter so it didn’t give the family vibes I was hoping for but if it was a couple getaway then I wouldn’t have cared. The room in the picture and in actuality wasn’t the same- it was a bit smaller but fine for the two of us. Wish there would have been a continental breakfast considering the price.

Overall a good stay.

The room was fine, clean, comfy bed.

The air conditioner did not produce enough cold air. The ice maker on our floor was inoperable. I have an unexpected charge to my credit card that I. We’d to find out why.

Great Trip

Everything was very nice. The staff is amazing!!

Only small issue was the toilet paper holder was broken. And the shower drains slowly.

I would probably choose a different hotel if I were to return to the area.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean and orderly. Breakfast was decent, albeit they were quite proud of their prices.

Restricted water flow shower head. Water temperature would barely get above luke-warm. Toilet stool too short...maybe fine for females, but not the best for males. There seemed to be a California vibe about the place, and not in a good way. The choice of hotel music was questionable, rather niche, almost night club sound.

The experience was horrible! My vehicle was burglarized.

Upon entering hotel and room everything appeared wonderful. I have allergies and was looking for accommodations that were NOT pet friendly. Management assured me they did not allow pets.

They gave me a nice room but I didn’t sleep the first night because of a “dead rat smell”. I called the front desk after a few hours after check-in and they told me that I would have to wait until the morning for someone to check it out. It turns out, the smell was the pillow. It’s unbelievable that on the first night the bedding and towels were dirty and my car was burglarized on our last night there. I was also disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have security cameras. Both the sheriff’s office and myself were in disbelief. The sheriff stated that they have been called to the hotel on other occasions and got the impression that the management was dishonest. I felt disrespected by the general manager and they seemed unconcerned that I had a horrible experience. I stayed three nights there. The first night nasty linens, last night shattered window in my new car. I am not happy at all. I stayed there longer than I should have in good faith.

Only Marriott I’ve been to and wasn’t satisfied

It was a decent property

The sliding door doesn’t lock . Wednesday morning no hot water, phone doesn’t work to call front desk Thursday morning little to no hot water

Reliable place to stay when on business or vacation.

I have stayed at this location many times in the past and have always been pleased with the staff, location, cleanliness, etc.

I believe this hotel needs a bit of an update for the cost of the room. That and the bar needs to be open nightly.

We had a very comfortable stay in what is a great hotel, especially for the price.

The hotel was recently renovated and is clean and beautiful. Very nice pool and fire pit. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Elevator is slower than most.

Loud high pitched wine through the night from the ac. The power blinked about 6am which caused the alarm clock to go off

Pretty building, easy to get to.

Under renovations. Staff was okay, not very talkative. Whispering to each other while my wife and I were checking in. Felt like we were an after thought.

Very good stay and location

Room was very good and the Staff were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. I know they are interns from the Philippines and they are one of the most warm and friendly people in the world. Very very respectful.

We had no water and were not advised of the issue when we checked in. We again had no water the next day and had to req

We checked in and went to our room only discover that there was no water. After repeated attempts to call the front desk, we were told the water would be turned on in about 30 minutes. We should have been informed about the water as we checked in. We went to dinner and the water was working when we returned. We slept and upon waking the next morning, again discovered that we had no water. We contacted the front desk and were told,that they hoped to have it on by 4:00-5:00 that afternoon. At that point, we requested a transfer to another hotel. We were transferred to the Residence Inn right down the street. We are both elderly and my husband has a lung disease. It was way too much work for us to unload our car, move into this room, then reload the car the next morning and have to unload again at a second hotel. I am especially upset that they did not even warn us when we checked into the Courtyard by Marriott!! The worst part is that we discovered that we had been charged for a total of 5 nights lodging at the Courtyard. We paid Booking.com for 3 nights at the time we made the reservation. Courtyard by Marriott charged us for another 2 nights. We went back by the Courtyard and were told that we were correct and that the manager would call us. We have never heard from the manager and have wound up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. It was a most upsetting stay!!

The hotel in general, from the parking lot, lobby, and room was exceptionally clean. And staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that our room phone didn't really work, when I tried to call for extra bedding for the pull out couch.

Very nice hotel and I will stay there again.

Location for me was good. Hotel was nice, it has a small limited menu restaurant. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

The A/C in the room worked well but loud, other than that no complaints.
