Very nice

Everything was at the level that I expected and that was great. The next time I come to town which may be very soon I most probably will book with you again.

I was in room 135 and the floor closest to the bathroom was warm, which means in order to keep the room from getting too hot. I had to turn on the air conditioning.

Pool. Clean rooms and up to date rooms. Fancy faucet in bathroom and spacious shower. Magnetron and fridge. Free breakfast was a nice surprise.

By far the best value for money in Sacramento.

Place is right next to the C.H.P.That keeps away all of the riff raff. It is a safe location and the cars are secure. That is really important because Sacramento has many sketchy areas.

The one thing I didn't like was the shower valves in the rooms. They are very difficult to adjust. They are brand new and are very unique. It is better to go with a tried and true valve that everyone knows how to work. They are very touchy.

No respect no customer service and no visitors allowed

I used to love this place but now everything changed

What do I don't like about this place employees the staff members number one are horrible rude no respect plus we can have no more visitors and the rooms are okay but they have no communications no customer service so if you are visiting far away do not look this room because if you want business to come over don't think about it

No visitors allowed to come to the hotel

Front desk guy went off on me cuz I had a guest come over and I put in my booking two people not one this is the worstest customer service ever I got my life I will never come in this room ever again or the hotel.

The customer service front desk watching cameras they say I can't have visitors over what kind of hotel is this if you have visitors don't bring don't stay here
