Struttura bella e moderna, ma attenzione a cosa prenotate e cosa ricevete in cambio

Ero la seconda volta in Sedona, e ho scelto loro perché una valutazione altissima su Booking. Scelta la categoria di stanza più costosa con premium king con vista, su Booking foto con vista sulle rocce di Sedona. La prima stanza vista orribile, la seconda come da descrizione. Colazione ottima, piscina bellissima.

Arrivata al check in stanchi dopo un viaggio con una bambina di 2 anni, entro in stanza mi sbrigo a farla addormentare, mio marito porta le valigie enormi in stanza, apro la finestra e la vista era il barbecue con un bel muro davanti. Quindi, chiamo la reception e chiedo spiegazioni, dicendomi che nessun problema avrebbero cambiato stanza. Per me è stato un problema spostare bambina e valigie da una stanza ad altra, anche se di un solo piano. Insomma se prenoto e pago un servizio chiedo di avere quello. Nelle foto la differenza di vista.

It was a comfortable great stay.

They allowed me late check in which was really accommodating. I was really tired from the previous day hiking and allowed me to get a little extra sleep. The breakfast was excellent. I really liked the posted entertainment and daily accommodations that were posted in the lobby. The fire pits, views was a plus. Thank you would highly recommend to anyone staying in Sedona.

Great couples weekend

Loved the views from the hotel. Loved the concierge Lynn. She gave great advice and a nice tour of the property.

Arabella is a wonderful place to stay. it’s a charming and sincere place to stay!

I loved all of the little extra things this establishment offered - music at night, bikes, yoga classes, movie night. The breakfast was so good! we will be returning!!

enjoyed it very much but would request a room that was in the middle of the building so we could enjoy the views.

lots of extras you don’t find at other area hotels like live entertainment, free bike rentals, fire pits etc

bathroom layout wasn’t great but room was comfortable. we booked a patio room and a bit disappointing that it was a corner room and our view was a cement wall and the side of the next building

We had a great time and were so happy with how our pup was treated.

Completely over-priced with the feel of an old apartment complex.

The location is centrally located in Sedona.

The hotel is completely over-priced. Online, the pictures look great, but in-person, the hotel has the feel of an old apartment complex that has been cleaned up some and painted over. When we checked in, there were signs up for live music that night. The staff said it was in the breakfast room and was a mix of music we would enjoy. We checked it out and found it was literally a group of elderly women seeming to have choir practice. We left. What a joke.

It did not meet my expectations.

The pool was ice and the landscape was well kept.

Room was very small and not very nice for the price I paid. Also, I didn’t like that I didn’t have a bathtub. The amount of money I paid wasn’t worth it. And there was only one ice machine.

Central location to explore yet peaceful retreat

Our room was very comfortable, but we most appreciated the style of the room and the style & functionality of the communal areas, from the fire pits with comfortable lounging furniture to the views from breakfast and the pool/hot tub. The breakfast food was delicious! We also loved the sunset viewpoint just 5 minutes up a trail. I wish we had done the stargazing activity one of the nights we stayed, but there was just so much to do and see in Sedona that we were exhausted by evening. The location was perfect for exploring, walkable to some galleries and Tlaquepaque and food options, and also 10 mins driving to many trailheads (Cathedral Rock and the Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock loops were wonderful and so close!). We only drove through Uptown, the area considered more of a downtown part near Oak Creek Canyon, on our way out of Sedona, and were even more pleased with the central yet peaceful location of Arabella after seeing the crowds over there. Hope to come back and encourage others to enjoy a stay here!

They have great trails behind the property that lead to a flat viewpoint for watching the sunrise or sunset. very nice areas to sit at night around a fire.
