Drug place

The only thing good about this place was the vending machines.

The room at first was normal other than cig burns on the blanket. We stayed there one night and we got in really late and went straight to bed. Woke up the next morning to find a used, bloody needle on the bathroom sink. We asked the staff to move us to a clean room, we were trying to be nice. But they were rude and refused. So we asked for a refund and had to threaten to call the police. Finally they agreed to refund her for one night (we booked 2) and give us our deposit. Which we are still fighting for by the way over a week later coming home.

Room wasn’t that clean outlets hanging loose from wall wires showing phone didn’t work and house keeping stole some stuff and they did nothing about it front desk said they asked them and they said they didn’t do it

I’ll pass on short sentences

Room I was in light over sink didn’t really work. Short in it. Had to keep cutting it on & off for it to come on. Towl bar over toilet was broken & on side of toilet. Floor through out room was not level. Mini fridge was very unstable had to hold fridge on side to keep it still just to open door. Only had one towl in room. You could tell the floor had not been vacuumed. The coffee pot was very dirty & old water was in area where you put water to full it up along with the cord inside the water!

Bad hotel!!!

That we was on a trip and got out of the house...

I didnt like the fact that the housekeeper yelled at my husband cuz they accused him of complaining to the manager that they didnt clean our room cuz we had a do not disturb sign on the door which we did cuz we had an incident before that a housekeeper came into our room and stole from us so everywhere we go we deal with our cleaning and stuff like that and she came and yelled at him for no reason and all we wanted was some towels, trash bags, and some rags. Also the last night we stayed we had the do not disturb sign on the door when we was gone and she took it off and went into the room not invited and cleaned the room which we did not want them to come in so they broke an intery and luckily we didnt see nothing gone.So for sure I will never stay at this place ever again def the worst experience ever and def bad staff. And they need to change on there place on booking.com where they said they have breakfast cuz having juice, fruits, and coffee is not a breakfast. 100% bad hotel, rude ass employees, and not a good breakfast.

You get what you pay for with a side of rude.

The bed was comfortable. The room was affordable.

You have to put a 50 dollar cash deposit down when you check in. I don't carry cash, so I had to leave and come back. The guy behind the counter was rude, and snapped at me when I politely suggested they tell people this up front so we could arrive with the money. The room had a funky smell and there were pubes in the shower. I will not be returning.

I liked how close it was to the hospital for my surgery.

The room had roaches so we left and moved hotels.

Worst ever

The area

The room was so dirty the front dest charged me more for the room I already reserved and said booking price was not his and changed my price and was very rude and then saw them clean the room and didn't change blankets or sheets asked to put clean ones on told me he would never came back so I had to go to the closet walmart and buy a whole bed set up of blankets and sheets and pillow cases and just was worst experience of my life

Less than stellar when your exhausted from trip

3 attempts to get into room. Key cards did not work. Changed room. Key cards did not work. Master key card had to be used by attendant, who promised to be right back with working cards. Never showed. Had to go back to office to get them.

I did not check in after viewing the rooms.

Nothing. Not as advertised.

It was filthy. The bed had stains, the bed skirt had body fluids on it from sexual activity. Very run down and nasty.

Do NOT stay here!

Nothing!

It was so dirty! There were bugs on the ceiling and in the shower. Only 1 electrical outlet worked. Floors were visibly dirty and to top it off we woke to the largest cockroach we’ve ever seen climbing up the wall.

Appreciate the friendly staff

The ease of check in and they were quick to accommodate request for room location.

Room could have used some maintenance. Curtains were partially down, lamps were wired oddly amd floor in front of sink remained wet.

The floor squeaked anytime you walked across it. The “breakfast” they served was granola bars and apples. If staying with a family I would find another location.

Disappointing

Man at the desk was polite and helpful

Sink didn't work properly Shower was dirty and tub held water and didn't drain while trying to shower Microwave didn't have the correct pieces inside (glass plate and ring) So it didn't work correctly Coffee maker had broken top and didn't brew correctly ..and saw a couple bugs crawling on sink and in near bathroom Was only there a few hours and paid full price Would have been nice to be able to take a decent shower and make a cup of coffee.

The room was not well-cleaned. Particularly the restroom. When we entered, there was a cockroach crawling on the wall, which was extremely off-putting. Breakfast was listed as included, but be prepared that it is a light breakfast, an apple and granola bar was what we were offered. Upon check out, the housekeeping knocked on our door informing us we needed to be out of the room for cleaning, and stated the time was 10 minutes passed our phone time, so that was confusing and we felt very rushed out and very stressed upon our exit. Highly recommend checking out early to avoid the rush out. This was an inexpensive hotel, close to the airport after a long day of travel, and midnight arrival, so for the rate it wasn’t much less than I expected, but below the mark on cleanliness.

it was in a nice area

we stayed for more then a week and we was given a room without fridge and microwave until the door kept locking us out or in our room. so we ultimately waisted money. the deposit we never gotten back. the rooms could have been in better condition. the rooms didn’t look like they were really clean. and the 2nd room they had to put us in the lights and outlets didn’t work the walls were filthy in both rooms. but it was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for. the vibe that it gives is a truck stop motel. in short terms.

Pretty quiet and secluded. The staff was nice and friendly and most appliances worked great.

The shower didn't work it would be scorching hot and 30 seconds later switch to freezing cold. Alot of outlets didn't work and the TV barely worked. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a lot of stuff on the walls and the bed skirts.
