Room provided a clean place to lay my head; however, facilities, food were not up to expectations.

Room was updated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was clean and water pressure was good.

Facility was heavily traffic and showed it. Trash cans and carpet in main access hallways were poorly maintained. Breakfast wasn't hot.

We missed breakfast because the time frame was too short! Good....nothing !!!

Our overall stay was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Breakfast was good but would have liked some boiled eggs and maybe jam/jelly. Being pet friendly you did not hear them much. The pool was small but nice and the outside area needs updating.

I would like to have had maybe hard boiled eggs and some jam/jelly or toast. The pool area needs to be updated.

Did not feel safe, car kept circling the lot as if they were looking at cars or someone plus man was walking around vehicles possibly looking inside, hall smelled of skunk

The hotel met our needs for a short stay of two nights. Was an easy drive to Acadia National Park.

The room was a little worn but clean. The beds we had were comfortable. It was perfect for our needs and had a washer and dryer available near the lobby so clothes could be washed.

Breakfast was a bagged breakfast.

The homeless man eating breakfast, the smell of him ruined our appetite. They should let him have a room to shower first if they are going to let him in eat in the dining area.

Nice stay for the price but don’t expect clean towels.

I liked the room and the bed was comfortable. Had a decent breakfast as well.

I stayed Saturday - Tuesday and not once did they even come in and exchange my dirty towels. I always had to go down to the front desk to get more. This is the second time I stayed and I thought the first time was a fluke about the clean towels it sadly turned into not being a fluke.

Overall our experience was a positive one. We would stay again.

We were within walking distance to several restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast food was good.

The carpet felt kind of sticky if you walked around barefooted.

Nice rooms, short staffed

Nice room. Spacious. Free wifi.

Bath was missing piece to turn shower on, no handyman on call to fix it and had to switch rooms while trying to put toddler to sleep. Breakfast was not very good.

The room was adaquate if you did not have to stay too long. The cost was less expensive than others

Parking was easy. Appreciate that breakfast was included. Workers at breakfast were friendly and responsive to requests.

I did not like the following: room looked very worn, same breakfast items two days in a row, no elevator. Requested that I be close to my family, but they were down the hall several rooms.

The lady that was working the front desk (I believe she worked the mid-day shift maybe) was EXTREMELY and uncalled for, out the way RUDE!!!

Disappointing for the price

location, bed was comfortable, some friendly staff

floor in room was sticky in many places, dark smears on bathroom wall and inside of bathroom wall, shower curtain brackets angled to ensure water went on the floor, possible blood spot on side of sink, only switch for light over bed was barely reachable by kneeling on bed, no hook or bar for hand towel, moldy odor from HVAC unit

Dirty, run down hotel - avoid

location

corridors and rooms were very dirty, carpets on corridors were full of debris and dust, hotel allows large dogs into room, that could be an issue. Bathroom floor was not wiped after previous guests
