The lady that checked us in was not pleasant at all. She should not be working with people 🙄

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do

On reservation I requested a room FURTHEST from elevators. Our room was literally the CLOSEST, 4 steps out our door. 😳

Average. Decent “mid” stay. Definitely overpriced and next time for price will try Omni or Embassy Suites

Parking garage to hotel access & Access to convention center through garage was not convenient.Housekeeping skipped us day 3. We called about broken glass to assist with clean up nobody showed. Pool was cold and limit of 5 people in pool at a time. Floor around pool very slippery and dangerous. Railing by steps in pool area very loose. No jacuzzi/ hot tub. Day we checked out we were still getting our luggage due to distance to garage and they de activated our room keys ( when that happens you can’t even use the elevator)

Just staying here to cut long trip in half

Checked in at 7pm and checked out at 11am. A lot of money and not the cleanest room I’ve stayed.

Close to 4th street and nice night life

Location was good , pool was nice . Shower was great .

It was loud . Could here every body in morning down in common area . At night we could hear everyone through the halls the room next to us TV . The air conditioner blows right onto your face in second bed by window . Breakfast Buffett sucked was awful .

Overall pleasant stay and would choose this location again.

The location was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and showers had excellent water pressure. The city view from our room was beautiful. Staff were very kind and professional.

I wish breakfast had been included in the room price. It was an expensive extra charge at the restaurant considering what was served was the exact same basic items as any hotel continental breakfast. Several elevators were out of service so there were extended waits at times.

Disappointed

My friend, sister and I were very much looking forward to our stay. However, we were very disappointed with our (short) stay at the Hyatt. When we arrived to check in, we were given the wrong room. When we were given the correct room, it was not up to par. There were stains on the sheets. The carpet had stains and there was a used wash cloth in the the shower when we arrived. This leads me to believe that the bathroom was not cleaned. When we notified staff twice about the issues (used wash cloth and wanting the sheets changed), we were told they would take care of. It was never taken care of when we arrived back to our room after our outing.

I will not stay there again. I have stayed in a Hyatt in the past but I would not recommend this on

I was unaware when I booked about the large amount to use valet. I assumed it was part of the hotel amenities $34. Plus tip. I did not feel safe in the area. Lots of questionable people hanging around outside . The carpeting in the room was disgusting. It was so dirty I had to be sure I had slippers on No soap was left by bathroom sink. I had to make a trip down to ask for soap.
