Impromptu weekend away.

Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Clean and roomy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

definitely will stay again

location is amazing!! walking distance to the Louisville comedy club and O’Shaes. Amazing shower. Excellent water pressure. Beds were comfortable and LOVE that they have full pillows instead of the little square ones. All the staff was amazing and very very helpful. very clean and sanitized. even the remote was bagged. the reading chair in room was very comfortable too. the hotel smelled amazing

you pay for parking. BUT it’s convenient to everything and if you traveled anywhere, you’d have to pay for public parking anyways.

Worst experience I've had at a hotel!

There was nothing that I enjoyed at this facility. The pool was under construction, but they told me that it was open before I made the reservation. The list goes on...

I didn't appreciate being lied to regarding the pool being operational. I didn't like the fact that there was throw up in the elevator, yet no one bothered to clean it until the following day. Staff was scarce. No food. Terrible experience!

It was very noisy at night. The parking lot elevators were not working. It was very difficult to locate the parking garage. Signage is terrible.

Good hotel for the price and good location.

Hotel was good location.the rooms were very nice

There was no microwave. You had to pay $20 for parking. That wasn’t too bad since the price for the room wasn’t bad. The garage elevator was broken.

Check in staff was short and unapologetic when I had to go up and down from the room 3xs because the key didn’t work at

Location was great.

I couldn’t see sign on where to park my car and ended up having to pay$16.

Staff was super friendly! Location is easy to find along with so many shops to walk to near the hotel. The bar also serves food. We had the blt and hot wings both was fantastic. The cook was so nice to come meet us at the table and make sure everything was perfect.

Great experience and totally recommend! Bonus points for the white noise machine!

I had the tater tot bowl, which was absolutely delicious! The menu is a bit confusing though, as it indicates the option to add eggs, which I did not due to an egg allergy. When the bowl was brought to me with egg on it, I mentioned my egg allergy and the order was made again for me. The service and attitude received from the staff on Tuesday morning (10/24/23) was impeccable!

My only complaint is that the thermostat in my room (521) was set to 66 and the temp in the room stayed between 70 and 72, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

Not knowing that there was a $20.00 a day parking fee. Paying the fee isn't the issue it was not knowing that there was a fee.

Very convenient and much more affordable than other downtown options.

Location was great. We were here for a convention and the center was just around the corner. We were able to park our van and walk pretty much anywhere we needed to go. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was a suite and was plenty big for the 5 of us to not feel on top of each other.

The noise from outside. This isn’t really a fault of the hotel but we were in a corner room that was at the intersection of the main non toll bridge onto downtown. They do supply complementary ear plugs for light sleepers though. Also I felt the $20 a day parking was a bit excessive when I was already paying $900 for a 4 day stay. This is probably a norm in the industry that we are not used to as we generally don’t stay in downtown areas when traveling but it just seemed a bit much to pay $80 for parking after already paying for the room.

The Courtyard has a great location, friendly and helpful staff and comfy rooms. Great value.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room had an nice view and was quiet.

The Courtyard entrance was located on a busy street. There were several entrances in that small area and it was difficult to see where to turn in. we had to drive around the block several times. Another couple had the same experience. There is a painted sign above the entrance but it is very faded and I didn’t actually see it until the next day, there was a sign on the ground but but it was obscured by three trash cans. If maintenance would just repaint the sign with a bright color the problem could be eliminated.

The location was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was so loud and a bit smelly. Our first room smelled very musty. The second one just smelled like potpourri. The room was also excessively loud well into the night as it was located on a very busy road with motorcycles racing.

Southern Hospitaliy at its Best.

The Staff! The location and The bed was very comfortable.

No microwave in room. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers hard to read. The bar soap they provided was tiny. Lots of traffic noise… And I wish they provided breakfast.
