Nice stay

Cleaniness, polite customer service, amenities, good breakfast, washer and dryer, swimming pool, jacuzzi. They have everything we wanted.

Immaculate facility, kind and efficient staff, best Hampton Inn so far!

Everything. We arrived around 8:30 pm. The dignified cheerful man at the desk was above and beyond in his friendliness and efficiency. After a long hot day, it was like coming home to a caring friend. The rooms were immaculate. Our only concern was that the hallways were very hot ( although the room was perfectly cool and comfortable). We were concerned for the maids and other workers. They were dripping sweat in the terrible heat. The breakfast was wonderful as usual, as are all the Hampton Inns we have stayed in. The pool was nice for the children to work off energy before our long trip to Coronado CA. And a staff man walking through was so friendly and kind to our 2 boys. We love Hampton Inn. We always try to stay at one while on our travels.

The horrible heat in the hallways was very concerning as it posed a health issue for the hard working staff.

I feel I payed too much for the quality of stay. The door was down right gehto to for a $200.+ room, and i felt s lack

Close to off ramp, pool access from the parking lot, nice and clean.

My room door was jammed so bad I had to force it open by ramming it with my shoulder. Getting out of the room was an ordeal as well.

It was too overpriced for the accommodations and the location.

It was fairly clean

The room smelled like it was sprayed with something to mask another smell. The person working when we checked in ( a blonde woman) was super rude and lacked any kind of customer service skills.

the hotel is very close to the highway and therefore the room on that side was very noisy. further worn furniture, paint peeling from ceiling, bathroom door jammed. it’s clean but feels a bit worndown. ok for a night just on your way to something better

Overall satisfied with Hotel services and friendly Staff. Good value for price paid via Booking.com

We were pleasantly surprised with comfortable size room.. Bigger than customary.. Liked the furnishings which added to our comfort and enhanced decor of room.

At initial check-in at reception desk we thought we were going to deal with a complicated problem. However, the lady at the desk took time to unravel issue. All went well.
