Will never stay at a Days Inn again!! Didn’t take pictures of room-wish I had!!

The dining area was beautiful & looked new-the food was the exact same every morning-biscuits & gravy & waffles, toast & dry muffins. The juice machine had no apple juice in it. That was the dislike of the Dining area.

The food, the microwave didn’t work (it was reported-nothing done), the AC had no cover on it & smelled horribly of mold, the carpet was vacuumed, but when we walked barefoot, our feet were black! My bed had a mattress that was collapsed on the edge.

It was comfortable. It worked for a night, but nothing I'd recommend or go back to.

Stain on bedspread, rotted broken lampshades, and cobwebs in the ceiling corners. Only cold breakfast.

Cute

The breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, toast and fruit which was good. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful which was great.

The parking lot was way too small for a hotel.

Never again. I hope I didn’t get bed bugs. I found little bugs on my bed.

Friendly staff.

Dirty. My bed had hair and food crumbs. Little mats flying. No toilet paper. I found a toothpick the plastic kind when I went to move the covers.

I didn't stay there they couldn't figure out how to get my card to work. It wasn't my fault. They said they would cancel free of charge and still haven't

It was a bad night of sleep

the help was great the price was good convient to hospitals and highway

the tv didnt work till help came. the phone never worked . our bed was very bad sinks in so far very uncomfortable. toilet very short . air conditioner was full of dirt and mold and the controls on it couldnt be read they were scrated off. the pillows smelled of sweat . the clock did not work so couldnt set an alarm and no phone so couldnt get wake up call. the breakfast was bad orange juice was soured and hot the corn flakes were stale and the milk she got from the back was old and warm.No grab bars to get off the toilet or in and out of tub. Over all it was a bad room and we will not stay again.

We’ve stayed at nicer places, wasn’t much left to pick from with graduation going on!

The beds were comfy, grab and go breakfast was ok

Definitely needs updated, no elevator I have a hard time doing stairs 😞 everything carpeted didn’t have a clean feel to me! The ceiling was peeling and lights flickering in the hallway. We had a service dog and was charged for him!! TV’s were kinda small couldn’t even see it laying in bed 😞 also not very good water pressure in the shower!

We had a really great 2 days stay. Our toilet didn’t flush and the staff was quick to get it fixed and make sure it was

Excellent stay

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely room.This hotel is pretty good. They maintain a modern vibe. Service was really great and I was very impressed by the cleanliness and amenities of the place!

Not enough value for the cost.

Easy on/off Interstate, convenient keyed entry without going through lobby.

The room was noisy, the wall unit HVAC was filthy and the tv was very small - 24”. The included breakfast consisted of muffins, granola bars, bananas, cold cereal, juice and coffee.

Forced to work for deposit return at checkout

Warm, dry and close to where we stopped.

Was denied the deposit because of trash left in room at checkout until it was cleaned by myself, what exactly did I pay for if I'm expected to do their job while I'm also their guest?

I came down to Springfield for 2 days, and this Days Inn is my go to! bed was really comfortable, was almost like sleepi

the price of 2 nights, with the Big king bed setup was the perfect price. Conveniently located right off of Hgwy 65 and Battlefield. This is my choice of hotels when I come down to Springfield

I have never experienced any issues in this particular establishment

Very good

The breakfast was nice and well prepared. There was enough for all the guests. Most hotels run out of food if you go down to eat later in the morning.

The housekeeper walked into out room without knocking. She thought we had checked out and it was 9:00am. My husband was laying on the bed in his underwear and I had just got out of the shower and was in the bathroom getting dressed. it was quite embarrassing.

Awful

room had strong musty smell and beds were very worn out. very uncomfortable. Reserved a 2 bed room and received a king bed room. Desk clerk wasn’t even apologetic as she indicated she changed our room with another customer thinking that we would be a no show.
